This house was in the perfect location—close to everything we needed while still feeling private and relaxing. The home was very clean and well maintained, and it was thoughtfully stocked with plenty of towels, which made our stay even more comfortable. The pool was warm and absolutely perfect for relaxing and spending time together. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this property to others!

This was our second time staying at Neil’s VRBO and it was as enjoyable this time as it was 3 years ago! Our family came down for a week to celebrate Thanksgiving and the house and backyard were as comfortable and welcoming as we remembered it. We look forward to coming back on our next visit to Vegas.

We had a wonderful week long stay here and it suited our needs perfectly. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, the cul-de-sac was quiet and having a garage with a remote door opener for our own use was a welcomed perk. The pool and hot tub were relaxing and the mini nine hole putt putt course in the back yard was a fun activity. The house’s location is convenient to the airport and the Las Vegas Strip, either by driving your car or by calling Uber, which we chose to do. We will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in the area.

Bin zum 36. Mal in Las Vegas gewesen. Dieses Haus war das beste und funktionabelste, das ich bisher gemietet habe. Auch der Gastgeber Neil war sehr zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist sehr gut unweit vom Strip und sehr ruhig. Rundum ein super Erlebnis. Werde es beim nächsten Mal sicher wieder versuchen zu buchen.

great house

we had a lovely stay, family group of 6 adults. Weather hot so was lovely to have the pool to cool off in, the house had plenty of everything we needed for our week. Host was easy to chat with prior to arrival and accomodated us staying into the afternoon on our leaving day as we had a night flight back to uk which made the end of our trip much easier too. would definately recomend this house as a base to explore vegas and surrounding area, close to strip and all the local attractions. the restaurants and shops nearby also much cheaper than eating on the vegas strip.

Large, clean home

Bigger than I thought. Well stocked kitchen-made Christmas dinner. Lots of outdoor space and seating. Tv in all the bedrooms.

Very nice house and well equipped best equipped ever stayed in all the way down to box of trash bags and paper towels Only complaint is the thermostat defaults to lower temp than we liked every 2 hours and it was colder for florida people

Always a great time

We have stayed at this house several times, and it is always a great vacation. We love being able to have our four legged kids with us too. We really enjoy being close to the strip but yet far enough away to have the quiet and privacy. Neil & Sherry have always been responsive and attentive to any of our questions or concerns. We hope to be back soon.

Great place

Nothing but great things to say about our stay. The property was even better in person - the pool and outdoor areas were fantastic. The location was perfect and it was a great neighborhood. Highly recommend this place.

Great place 10 minutes from strip

Very nice property, much larger than expected. Strip is very short drive away, Henderson casinos even shorter drive (and free parking). Loved the outdoor eating area, pool was great, wifi was fast, neighborhood very nice (and quiet). Host made check in process easy and stress free and was very quick responding to any questions we had throughout the week.

Great home, good location

We spent a 2 week vacation in this house. The home was very clean, we had everything we could imagine. The beds were very comfortable. The large pool was nice and the outdoor area was very enjoyable. The communication between us and home owner was very friendly. He replied to our questions immediately. We highly recommend this house!

Wonderful stay, perfect yard, beautiful neighborhood

I stayed here with my husband and 2 pets. We had a great 10 day stay. The backyard & pool were so relaxing. All the shade made it a great place to beat the 117 degree heat! Plenty of sun too if that's what you're into. The house inside was clean and had just about everything we needed. The only thing we were missing were extra dish drying towels and a drying rack and we only one roll of TP when we arrived. Neil was a great host and was able to accommodate us on short notice. The neighborhood was beautiful, with a little park at the end of the block. This area is a perfect escape from the strip & Vegas but only a 25 min drive to the casinos. Definitely a great experience renting this place! Would love to stay again when in the Vegas area.

Quick get away

This is the second time at this house and we enjoyed it again. The pool is great, neighborhood is quiet and close enough to the strip to see shows. We will be back.

Family vacation

This property was great. There was 5 adults in this home and we had more room than we expected. This house was beautiful inside and out. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen was good size, the yard and pool were exceptional. I would highly recommend this house to anyone going to Vegas.

Henderson House

A few concerns during our stay. Pool was not heated. After wind storm pool was full of debris. Not able to use. Dryer needs service. Took excessive dry time. Heat system presets made it difficult to maintain desired temps. Pots and pans need replacement.
