With unbroken views of Porthmeor Beach and beyond 15 Piazza is a well appointed, contemporary and spacious open plan living space.
With access to the balcony the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner has a TV, DVD player, ipod dock, radio and panoramic views of Porthmeor beach and the sea. The well equipped kitchen comprises of an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The main bedroom has a 4ft 6in bed, great views of the beach and benefits from an ensuite with a shower over the bath, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail. The second bedroom has two x 3ft beds. In the main bathroom is a shower over the bath, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail. Coin operated launderette on site. Private access to the beach from the courtyard in Summer, weather permitting.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; convector heating.
Bedding and Linen: Pillows and duvets included; bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Not provided but can be hired locally.
