La Villa is a unique 4 bedroomed property with indoor heated pool, situated down a private lane in the village of Ovingdean, just a short drive from the vibrant city of Brighton and Hove, yet also close to the beautiful South Downs National Park with its country walks, cycle rides and pubs.
Accessed via a gravel driveway, the property is spacious and stylishly decorated. The main hub of the house is the large modern kitchen/dining room which overlooks a decked terrace from large sliding doors. The terrace has an outside seating/dining area and two rattan style sun loungers to relax on. The swimming pool annex can be accessed from either the terrace or the interior hallway. Perfect for a family holiday or a gathering of friends, La Villa is the ultimate holiday villa on the south coast. Coast: 1.4 miles, Shop: 1.4 miles, Pub: 1.4 miles, Train Station: 4.4 miles.
