There’s plenty of room for relaxing and entertaining with a large, open-plan living space that flows naturally from one area to the next. Curl up in the cosy seating area after a walk, next to the wood burner in winter, or throw open the patio doors at the back of the room and catch the afternoon sun in the back garden. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious family dinners, which you can eat at the dining table or on the patio in warm weather. A snug offers space for the kids to spread out and play, and there’s a twin bedroom above, which is separate from the rest of the upstairs. The main part of the house has a further three bedrooms over the first and second floors, so there’s ample room for everyone to relax and unwind.
There are a multitude of walks from the doorstep, from Salthouse Heath behind to Salthouse Marshes at the coast, and a stretch of the Peddars Way starting nearby. Follow the 10-mile Salthouse Sculpture Trail to explore the area, or head to the local pub or crab shop for a delicious meal. Visit the seal colony at Blakeney Point (7 miles) or go along the coast to see the sand dunes and pine forest at Holkham (15 miles).
