This ground-floor apartment has a lovely, secluded patio-perfect for enjoying a morning coffee in the sunshine, with a cosy seating area that looks out over the beach. You can walk straight from the apartment to the beach to surf, swim, or explore rock pools along the shoreline. The golden sands stretch for three miles all the way to Woolacombe, where you’ll find charming shops, tearooms, and pubs. Walking enthusiasts will love the many nearby trails, including the South West Coast Path. Within a mile are the villages of Georgeham, with two pubs, and the picturesque seaside village of Croyde, which has shops, tearooms, pubs, and is a hotspot for surfers. Golf lovers can head to Saunton Sands Golf Club, open to visitors and featuring 36 holes of championship links.
Part of a group of apartments, this one is on the ground floor. Step inside, leave your sandy shoes or muddy boots in the porch, and relax in the lounge on the comfy sofa and chairs while enjoying a movie on the Smart TV. Open the patio doors to let in the fresh sea air as you enjoy your popcorn. The kitchen is fully equipped to whip up a hearty breakfast or your favorite meal. There are two bedrooms: a double bedroom and a king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into 2’6” twin beds if needed). The apartment also has a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC.
Outside, there are two seating areas, one with a sea view. There’s a patio table and chairs for alfresco dining or enjoying a morning coffee before heading to the communal heated swimming pool right next door. If you prefer the sea, the beach is just a short stroll away!
