The Space:
Found in the village of Staveley, Ridgestone is extremely proud to present Lily Bank, a beautifully designed, spacious home offering five comfortable bedrooms and five bathrooms, making it an ideal retreat for families and friend groups. Thoughtfully decorated with stylish modern interiors, the house provides a comfortable welcoming atmosphere with plenty of space to relax, dine, and unwind.
The home features a variety of sleeping arrangements, with three king-size bedrooms, all three of which have en-suite bathrooms, a super king-size bedroom with a bathroom next door that includes a bath with a shower over, and a twin bedroom with a shower room conveniently located opposite. Fresh bed linens and towels are provided for all guests.
The sitting room is a bright and inviting space, offering comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and an indoor fireplace to create a cosy atmosphere. A separate snug provides a peaceful retreat for reading, working remotely, or simply enjoying a quiet moment.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals, with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and all essential utensils, glassware, and tableware, meal preparation is a breeze. The adjoining dining area offers plenty of space to gather and enjoy dinners together.
Lily Bank also includes thoughtful conveniences such as WIFI, a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and a hairdryer. Underfloor heating runs throughout the house, providing warmth and comfort in every season.

Check-in is self-check-in via lockbox, with the code provided on the day of arrival.
Families with children are welcome, with a travel cot available (please bring your own bedding).

Regarding Christmas 2025: Lily Bank will feature a large, decorated artificial tree from early December through to January, bringing plenty of festive sparkle. Guests are welcome to add their own special touches during their Christmas getaway as long as everything is taken away at check-out.
Lily Bank is a peaceful retreat in a quiet residential area - guests are asked to respect the surroundings, with quiet hours between 11 PM and 7 AM. No parties, stag or hen dos, or commercial filming are allowed.
