★ Please treat the home with respect. If any problems arise, please let us know immediately, and we will do our best to resolve them for you as soon as possible.
★ Please be mindful of our neighbours. This is a residential neighbourhood, so we kindly ask that there be no noise after 10pm.
★ Pets allowed - charges apply of £10 per pet per night. Charged separately to booking. No dogs allowed on furniture or beds. Maximum of 2 dogs allowed.
★ No smoking, and no parties or events – thank you!
★ You will be provided with access to your very own Guest Guide containing lots of useful information about the property and the local area.
★ Check-in is between 4pm and 10pm, and check out by 10.30am - Late check-out and/or early check-in option available on request (additional charge applies for bookings via an online travel agent)
★ Please note that guests staying at Aald Harbour Hoose will be required to sign a guest contract prior to being granted access to the property. This contract outlines the terms of your booking and provides important information regarding the care of the property during your stay. You will also be provided access to your own Guest Guide, containing useful information about the property and the local area.
☞ Please treat our space with respect. If any problems arise please let us know straight away and we will do our very best to resolve them for you as soon as possible.
