Great Family gathering spot

Great Stay!

We were in the AG/Shell Beach area for a family get together. The house was a very convenient location. The neighborhood was quiet and perfect for walks. The kitchen is great! We would certainly stay again.

Perfect for family vacation 💕

The location was central to the Five Cities area, close to beaches, restaurants, and our family. The house was clean, and had everything that we could need for our 4 day stay. The littles enjoyed the spacious backyard, and the grownups enjoyed the fire pit and barbecue. It was a very enjoyable vacation and my family loved this house.

We loved this property… So clean so comfortable and so welcoming! Our only negative if you can even call it a negative is that the shower water took two too long to warm up. But when it did, it was great. We were here for my daughter‘s graduation and everyone in my family commented on the property and how much they loved it. She’s graduated and we won’t have an opportunity to come back but if we ever do, we will contact you about 1091 Ash St.! Thank you so much.

Family Stay

Seven of us were very comfortable in this house for a family wedding weekend. The house looks small from the outside but it’s very roomy on the inside. All rooms are spacious and comfortable. The backyard is expansive and has a nice fire pit, bbq, and plenty of seating. The renters do need to pick up the keys from a management company in Shell Beach. Also the hot water takes some time to heat up. Otherwise it’s great.

Nice stay!

Stayed here for a wedding. I appreciated the size and price of the place. I was not clear (and this is probably just my own ignorance) that the 4th bedroom was just a pull out bed. I was thinking it was a full, normal mattress so that was disappointing. But the home was beautiful, clean and well furnished. The check in process is annoying. I wish we could have just used a code lock, instead of a key that had to be picked up and dropped off at their facility. But overall, we were very happy with our experience. Thank you!

Great house

This house was perfect. We had a baby, a toddler, and three adults. Plenty of room for all and very nicely updated. The backyard was great for kids to play and also to sit around the fire pit once they went to bed. Only a ten minute drive to Pismo Beach and close to other restaurants and stores. I would definitely stay here again.

Family Fun

I am always looking for a nice vacation time with my adult children and grandkids. We had plenty of space to be together yet not be on top of each other. Loved the house and the backyard. Great time to make family memories together! We will return again. Chris W.

Great location

The neighborhood was quiet and friendly - lots of people out walking and everyone said hello! The home was well furnished and the back yard was a wonderful gathering spot. Double check with the rental office on their current location - the key form had an outdated address.

Great house and responsive property managers

This house was perfect for the six adults who are staying in it. Extremely clean and well appointed and the property managers were very responsive to some questions we had about some minor issues. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again if we ever had the opportunity to be in that beautiful part of the world!

Great for the Family!

I rented through VRBO. We picked up our keys at Beach Bum Rentals in Pismo. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! We really enjoyed ourselves!

Lovely House

The house was clean, decorated nicely and spacious. Only had a slight issue with the televisions. There was no directions, took a long time to get all the Tv's up and working and 2 of them were not connecting to the cable boxes. Other than that, we had a great time and i highly recommend this property.

Great Place to Stay

House is in a convenient area to stores and restaurants and beaches. House was well stocked and clean. Loved back yard, but one of the neighbors was cranky and did not like us sitting outside having a quiet conversation around the fire pit at 10:30pm. Saturday night. He yelled at us and told us to go in the house.

Relaxing

Perfect place for family to gather for a local event vice getting separate hotel rooms! Was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the kitchen and cooking tools/pots and pans available! Nicer than some I have at home! The ladies were very warm and friendly for key pick up and drop off. Thanks for being flexible!

Just Like Home

Our stay was wonderful. The house was very clean and well stocked with clean linens. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Beds are comfortable and rooms super cute. Backyard was well maintained and a great place where the grandchildren played. Felt like home.

Excellent house for families

Stayed here with family during trip to oceano dunes. The house was clean and spacious with a very nice back yard setup. No issues with parking, plenty of room. Did not realize from description that the fourth bed is a couch pull out, other than that had no issues with this place and would return next Pismo Trip.

We loved the location. Quiet. Sorry we didn't have time to use the patio. Very spacious bedrooms. Kitchen well stocked. Only thing missing was a proper tea kettle! Everything was great!

Nicely updated and overall great stay!

The house is very nicely updated and decorated very cute! The rental company was great to work with and made it very easy for check in and check out. The only negative about the house is the showers. The water pressure is horrible. The yard is great for dogs and having a BBQ. Overall we would defiantly come back and stay here!
