Summary:
Cute beach cottage in Grover Beach, Ca, 1 mile from Pismo State Beach. Great for a family get away, friends' trip, or an amazing long weekend visiting the local wineries and craft brew houses. This house has a very warm and inviting feel and we hope you make yourself at home. Put your feet up, enjoy your favorite beverage and soak in all the amazing California Central Coast has to offer.

The Space:
The space offers 1 formal bedroom with a queen bed. The sunroom offers a queen size sofa bed, and the sitting room offers a small couch for lounging. There are 2 bathrooms in the house, both of which offer a shower, sink and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a new stainless steal gas range, refrigerator, and counter top air fryer/toaster oven. The Keurig coffee maker as well as coffee and tea pods are here for you use, again, make yourslef at home. There are 3 TV's in the home all equipped with DiercTV, the TV in the sun room is a smart TV with access to the internet and all your favorite streaming applications. The WiFi name and password will be located in a picture frame on the side table, as well as in the welcome binder.

Guest Access:
As a guest, you will have access to the entire property, except for the shed in the back, which looks like a small version of the house. That is where the owners keep their items.

The Neighborhood:
Grover Beach is one of our favorite places. Small, easy going beach town, close to everything you may need or want. Lil' Bits is a great local breakfast place located on Grand and 7th Avenue, walking distance from the house. We are only a few minutes drive to downtown Pismo Beach where you will find the areas favorite restaurants. The Cracked Crab, Giuseppe's, Garlands Hamburgers, Splash Café, and our personal favorite La Bodega (ask for mike).

Getting Around:
Getting around is easy by car, bike, or walking. It is completely up to you. You are allowed to drive on the state beach, so if you and your vehicle are up to it, cruise down and check it out.

Other Things to Note:
Please start the first load of towels or sheets if you can.
Please leave all soiled laundry by the washing machine.
