Located in the heart of Edinburgh’s Old Town, on picturesque Victoria Street, this apartment is the perfect base for families or friends looking for their next Edinburgh getaway. You will really have everything you need right on your doorstep, from colourful quirky shops regarded as the inspiration for Diagon Alley in Harry Potter, coffee shops and restaurants, to local tours and sightseeing, as well as being a short walk away from the famous Edinburgh Castle, Royal Mile, Grassmarket, Princes Street and St James Quarter.
This traditional and cosy apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need for your stay. Enter our home on the third floor, and you'll be greeted by a welcoming hallway, 3 spacious bedrooms complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure your comfort, a family bathroom with shower and bathtub, and an open plan kitchen and living room with breakfast bar and dining table. Sit in the kitchen and take in the city views while relaxing with a coffee in hand, or cook up a family meal using the brand new kitchen appliances. A smart TV is also provided for your entertainment.
Exploring Edinburgh on foot leads to unexpected finds, but transport links are also excellent with local buses and the tram within walking distance from the property. Newly refurbished double-glazed windows in the home equal a restful night's sleep following a day exploring the city too.
We love hosting children and have a travel cot and high chair available for you upon request.

You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum. The use of candles, burners or live flames is also not permitted. For local licence compliance and safety, the property also benefits from smoke alarms, carbon monoxide and a GDPR compliant environment monitoring device that measures temperature, humidity and decibel levels.
