This stylish and welcoming flat offers a calm, design-led retreat in a highly central London location, with exceptionally easy access to the West End, the City and some of the capital’s most iconic destinations. Thoughtfully curated and filled with natural light, the space combines contemporary comfort with a warm, homely feel, making it an ideal base for guests who want to explore London with ease while enjoying a relaxed place to unwind.

The flat comfortably accommodates up to four guests and features two bedrooms, including a comfortable double bed and a double sofa bed. There are two bathrooms, each fitted with a shower and bath combination, offering flexibility and convenience for families, friends or longer stays. The property is located on the first floor, providing easy access while maintaining a sense of privacy.

The living area is thoughtfully designed with a contemporary, design-led aesthetic that feels both stylish and inviting. Soft neutral tones are paired with warm wooden flooring to create a calm, airy atmosphere, while large windows flood the space with natural light throughout the day. One of the flat’s biggest advantages is its proximity to central London. It is almost equidistant to the British Museum, placing you within easy reach of world-class culture and history. From there, Covent Garden, Soho and Oxford Street are around ten minutes away, making it effortless to enjoy shopping, theatres, dining and nightlife. The City is also easily accessible, making the location particularly appealing for business travellers as well as leisure guests.

Islington is known for its elegant streets, independent shops and vibrant food scene. Upper Street is close by and offers a wide choice of restaurants, cafés and pubs, including popular spots such as Ottolenghi and The Drapers Arms. The area is also home to cultural highlights like the Almeida Theatre, along with scenic walks along Regent’s Canal that offer a quieter escape while remaining centrally located.

Hackney adds an optional creative contrast for guests who wish to explore further east, with lively markets, green spaces and a dynamic dining scene. We would like to mention the check-in process: With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. We suggest, in order to avoid any charges, to check and report any damages or faulty items and appliances by contacting us on guest @ cityrelay com
