This home has 3 bedrooms, plus a full OFFICE, 2 bathrooms, billiards room, and BIG family room. You will love the gourmet kitchen w island, Silestone counters, upgraded white cabinetry.  The home is fully equipped with everything you need, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, cooking dishes, utensils, COFFEE and TEA, and a large pantry for you to stock with your own goodies. The grocery store is just down the street.  The vaulted ceilings make this home feel super spacious.  Recessed lighting throughout and plantation shutters on all windows and sliding doors.   The  Primary Suite has a  private exit to backyard, with a doggie door exit as well.  The Primary Suite has a King size bed and a super size smart TV along with  a large walk-in closet, dual sinks, double size glass block WALK-IN SHOWER, and private toilet room. The other two bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house and are also very spacious.  One of the bedrooms has two Queen size beds a  smart TV and a doggie door leading to a secure dog run. The third bedroom is just down the hall and has a Queen size bed.  In between the two bedrooms is the hall bathroom with double sinks, and a tub/shower combination.  There is a complete OFFICE w gorgeous custom, built-in desk & shelving, a computer and printer  and high speed internet for your use. If you get tired of working, you can walk on the full size treadmill in the office.  The backyard is a true oasis with HEATED pebble tec play pool, built-in BBQ, large covered patio, and beautiful desert landscaping. There is a pool fence for the little ones under six.  If you do not have any children under six in your group or visiting and would like to have the pool fence removed for your stay, let us know, it's $150 for the removal.  Pool does have heater, $50 per night to heat pool. Large 3 CAR GARAGE available for your use. No overnight street parking please.

This home is conveniently located in North Peoria.  Easy access to the Arrowhead area with tons of shopping and dining, and the Peoria Sports Complex.  A few miles North Happy Valley Towne Center with more shopping and dining.  Lake Pleasant Lake is just a few miles away. if you enjoy boating, jet skiing, fishing, swimming or just camping out.  A quick drive on the 101 to the South will get you to the Cardinals Stadium and the Westgate District with food, shops, theatres, concerts and sporting events and The Desert Diamond Casino.  So much to do and see.  This is about a 30-45 minute drive from Sky Harbor depending on time of day.

Children must be supervised at all times.

Pool gate must be closed when children under six are at the property.

Pets are permitted with approval. Additional fees and deposits may apply.

Guests are responsible for pet poop pick up and disposal in the outside trash can.

No Smoking Allowed.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. This is not a party house.  Quite Hours 9 pm to 9 am

BBQ:  Clean the BBQ grill before leaving.

DO NOT Touch Pool Equipment. $500 Fine charged for tampering with pool equipment.

Trash is picked up on MONDAY – If you are here on Sunday, it is your responsibility to pull both cans to the curb for pick up and back the next day if here. A $75 trash pickup service charge will be charged to guests if the trash is not put out for pick up.
