This is a private studio apartment and not just a room. It has a kitchen, full bath, living room/dining area, A/C, TV, WiFi and a shared swimming pool. There is a queen size bed and we add a single bed at additional cost for the third guest.

I have a very outgoing personality and love to dance, cook and laugh. I enjoy meeting and helping people. I love to travel throughout my country and other countries as well. My husband Douglas and I have been married for 34 years and have two daughters, Bianca 31 and Sandy 25. Sandy attend the university in San Jose and works full time with us & Bianca works as a general manager in one hotel of the area. Both Douglas and I were born and raised in Quepos and we think that with all of the lovely areas in Costa Rica, that the Quepos/Manuel Antonio are is the most beautiful.

I like to dance and cook as well. Although I am not as outgoing as my wife, I do enjoy meeting other people. I have worked for the national electric company "ICE for 35 years as a high voltage network supervisor. I like to travel and enjoy seeing other areas of our beautiful country. We slowly built on our property over the years and enjoy sharing it with others. Now with the pool and rancho completed I think we are finally finished.

Our property sits on a hillside overlooking a lush green valley and the beautiful Pacific ocean below. It is very private and secure with a gated entrance and is still less than a 10 minute walk to town.

This beautiful large 1 room efficiency is located over the open patio below, allowing it to catch refreshing ocean breezes and give you some of the most amazing sunsets ever!! It is very spacious and comfortable with a queen size bed, sofa, chairs and it's own bathroom and kitchenette. You also have your own private balcony, where you can relax and watch the boats move in and out of the harbor. For those rare days when the breezes and ceiling fan aren't enough just kick back and turn on the air conditioning, or go downstairs with your favorite tropical drink and cool off in our refreshing pool, or just doze off in the hammock.
When you do pull yourself away from our wonderful location, it's only a 10 minuet walk to downtown Quepos. There you will find restaurants, gift shops, clothing stores, pharmacy's, live music and more. You will also find taxi's and buses readily available. You can also visit our local farmers market on Friday and Saturday, where you can purchase fresh fruits, vegetables, baked goods and more. They set up right along the ocean's edge, only a 5 minute walk from our property .

There are many things to do in our area and we have many beautiful beaches in the area, including our world famous Manuel Antonio National Park. There are many other activities here such as, white water rafting, sunset cruises, surfing, horseback riding on the beach, world famous sport fishing and much more. We will be glad to help arrange your tours once you arrive into our property in sunny Costa Rica!!! We can also arrange transportation to and from San Jose for you.
