The Space:
This house is set up specifically for long-stay guests and contractor teams who need a reliable home base rather than a basic hotel room. You will have a full kitchen with an American-style fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and all the cookware and utensils needed for day-to-day living.
All three bedrooms are spacious: two have double beds and one has two single beds, comfortably sleeping up to six people. Each bedroom has its own smart TV, and there is a large smart TV in the dining/living area, with fast Wi‑Fi throughout for streaming, work calls and online meetings.
At the rear there is a private garden with seating and a table, ideal for unwinding after work or having a BBQ.
The street is very quiet and there is ample free parking for multiple vans or cars directly outside.

Guests have full, private use of the entire property for the duration of their stay, with no shared areas. Self check‑in and check‑out make arrivals and departures straightforward for changing shift patterns.
