Information about utilities
From June 15 to September 15, water, gas and electricity are included in the price, with the exception of air conditioning, which is charged separately according to actual consumption recorded by dedicated meters. The air-conditioning cost must be paid in cash upon departure.
From September 15 to June 15, utilities are not included and must be paid by the guest in cash upon departure.

Tourist tax and check-in

Torre del Lago Puccini (Viareggio) applies a tourist tax, payable in cash upon arrival (currently €1.50 per person aged 18 and over, for the first 10 days). You will receive a receipt for this payment.
Upon arrival, we will need to see the identification documents of all guests, including minors.
