First I want to thank VRBO team for the excellent customer service and for resolving my complain in a positive and timely manner.About the rental: I want to make prospects aware that you have to be clear with the owner of this property, if you rent his place with 3 bedrooms you expect to use the 3 bedrooms and the rest of the facilities. At the time of our arrival the lady that helps the owner asked me to pay additional 210 Euros to use the 3rd bedroom, owner's rules they insisted. My day was ruined with this situation and same for my guest that I invited. We were a party of 4 total. 2 single men not sharing a bedroom and my husband & me. I paid for the full rental months ago because the platform shows 3 bedrooms . This was a violation of the contract. Glad I got a refund.The apartment has a fantastic view and is very spacious and modern. Walking distance to city center was a plus. We made the Lady Morgana and the owner Ruben aware of other problems we encounter, a not working TV the 1st night, slow drainage in the shower. Loose door handle... Etc. They don't provide soap for the showers. No waste baskets in the bathrooms. A water kettle in the kitchen will be helpful
