Windsor Castle is a 20-minute stroll from this bright, three-storey home in Berkshire.

Sleeping up to 9 comfortably — or up to 13 with sofa beds — it's the ideal base for families, corporate teams, groups and long-stay guests.


Five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a games room with pool table, private garden and free parking are all included.

The Space:

Welcome to your home away from home in Windsor. This light-filled five-bedroom property has been thoughtfully designed for comfort, privacy and practicality.

The heart of the house is a large open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with sliding doors opening onto the garden. Whether you’re here for work, relocation or leisure, the layout is ideal for cooking together, working remotely or relaxing after a busy day exploring.

🛏 Sleeping Arrangements

• Bedroom 1 (ground floor) – Double bed with en suite bathroom (walk-in shower)

• Bedroom 2 (first floor) – Single bed

• Bedroom 3 (first floor) – Double bed

• Bedroom 4 (first floor) – Double bed

• Bedroom 5 (second floor) – Double bed with en suite bathroom (bath and shower)

Fresh linen, extra pillows, wardrobes and blackout curtains are provided for every stay.

👥 Capacity Note

The property comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests. For groups larger than 9, the two sofa beds can be used for extra guests at an additional charge of £25 per person per night. Maximum guest capacity allowed is 13. Please let us know in advance if you’ll need these.

📹 Safety & Security

For guest safety, there is a front-entrance security camera covering the exterior entrance only. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the property.

• Second floor en suite – bath and separate shower

• Downstairs WC – additional toilet for convenience

Towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and toilet rolls are provided.

The fully equipped kitchen makes self-catering a breeze:

• Oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer

• Dishwasher, kettle, toaster

• Pots, pans, cooking utensils and dishware

• Tea, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper (please bring your own cooking oil)


Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious dining table with comfortable seating for eight, plus a lounge area with Smart TV and super-fast Wi-Fi. There’s also a dedicated workspace if you need to catch up on emails.

Additional comforts include central heating, washing machine, dryer, iron, hairdryer and fresh towels and linen for every stay.

🌿 Outdoor Space & Parking

Step through the sliding doors and you’ll find a private garden – perfect for morning coffee, al fresco dining or letting the kids play. A seating/dining set is provided on the patio.

The driveway offers free on-site parking for one car, and there is free street parking outside (please park considerately and do not block neighbours).


🎱 There’s also a games room with a pool table for evening entertainment.

We’re happy to welcome well-behaved pets, provided we approve them in advance.

To request approval, please:

• Confirm the number of pets (maximum 2 pets)

• Let us know the breed of each pet before arrival

• Wait for written confirmation from us


A £90 non-refundable pet fee per stay applies for up to 2 pets. This helps us cover the extra cleaning required so the home remains comfortable for all future guests

🐶 Being a Responsible Pet Owner During Your Stay

We simply ask guests travelling with pets to help us look after the home:

• Please keep pets off sofas, beds, and soft furnishings

• Avoid pets entering carpeted areas where possible

• Clean up after pets both inside and in the garden

• Let us know straight away if there are any accidents or damage

These small steps really help us keep the property in great condition for everyone.

💷 Additional Cleaning or Damage

In the rare case that extra cleaning is needed beyond the usual pet cleaning (for example due to heavy hair, odour, or stains), additional charges may apply.

Where deep cleaning is required, a minimum £250 deep-clean fee may be charged, in line with industry standards. Any significant damage may also require repair or replacement costs.

🚌 Bus & Coach – Bus stop a couple of minutes away with services to Heathrow, Windsor, Maidenhead, Slough, Datchet and nearby towns. Coaches to London also run from Windsor.

🚆 Trains – Windsor & Eton Central (to Slough, then fast trains to London Paddington). Windsor & Eton Riverside offers a direct service to London Waterloo (around 57 minutes).

🛡 Guest Verification & Deposit (Required)

For everyone’s safety and peace of mind:

• ID verification – photo ID and selfie via our secure portal.

• Please choose one:

– Refundable £300 security deposit (released within 7 days after check-out if no damage), or

– A small non-refundable damage waiver covering accidental damage.

Verification must be completed at least 72 hours before check-in. Failure to complete may result in cancellation for security reasons.



📋 House Rules (Please Read Carefully)

• Check-in from 4 PM, check-out by 10 AM.

• Children welcome (cot not available).

• Pets allowed with prior approval.

• No smoking inside (designated outdoor area only).

• No parties, events or loud music.

• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM.

• Please lock doors and close windows when leaving.

• Lost keys incur a £50 replacement fee.

• Breaching house rules or causing disturbances may result in a £250 penalty.


⏱ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out

Subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance via the Guest Portal.

£30 per additional hour. Unauthorised late check-outs may be charged as an extra night.


🏠 Property Care

• Report any issues or damage immediately.

• Do not flush wipes or sanitary items.

• Do not pour oil or grease down sinks.

• Turn off lights, heating and appliances when not in use.

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay and may be charged or reported via the booking platform.
