Overall the apartment was only okay. Not near as nice as the photos show it to be...The furniture is old and dated and beat up. The couch cushion is very saggy and it was dirty, the kitchen refrigerator was not operating when we arrived and was also dirty with standing water and trash in the freezer. All of the kitchen handles are rusty as well as the stove and coffee maker warmer. The bedroom was okay, but the cable box was not working and was overheating so the front desk person unplugged it so it wouldn't start a fire. The bed was nice, but the night stands are old and beat up. Several times on different night, you could hear people talking and laughing in the hallways and a man for most of the week would yell at his dog at about 6:30am every morning. So if you want to sleep well, change venues! The ceilings in the dressing area and bathroom are a total mess! Missing light fixtures, half didn't work, and the toilet was broken. The shower had mold and rust on it. Other condo hotels I have stayed in have maid service, this does not. If you wan water, you buy it. If you need toilet paper, you buy it. None of which was disclosed by the owner. There also needs to be a "Run of the house" guide for visitors as we had to get help to even turn on the TV. No instructions were given. We would never been able to get the TV operating if it weren't for the front desk guys, they were super! The rooftop pool was AWESOME! The pool made it for us!
