Su posición única en la desembocadura del más hermosa cala de la zona, junto con las generosas facilidades proporcionadas para los huéspedes, hacen de esta villa la elección perfecta para sus vacaciones en Grecia.

Esta encantadora y espaciosa residencia cerrada se encuentra a 3 km del pintoresco pueblo pesquero de Kilada. Esta villa cuenta con 8 dormitorios, 7 baños, amplias zonas de estar y comedor al aire libre y en el interior, instalaciones para barbacoa, jardín (4.000 m²), huerto (dependiendo de temporada), así como una cancha de tenis y baloncesto. La villa 400m² están decoradas con buen gusto, todas las habitaciones cuentan con A / C y tienen capacidad para 16 personas (además de la casa de servicio independiente con capacidad para 2 personas).

Situado a pocos metros de distancia se encuentran las cálidas y cristalinas aguas de la playa de arena fina. Protegida del Golfo Argólico debido a su posición, a la cala es poco profunda y tranquila - lo que es perfecto para que los jóvenes disfruten de forma segura. clima de la zona es ideal para practicar deportes acuáticos, debido a la falta de viento en comparación con las aguas abiertas del mar Egeo.

Disfruta del mar en la puerta mediante el aprovechamiento del servicio de barco de alquiler (por un suplemento). Realice viajes diarios a las islas cercanas y lugares para nadar, absorbiendo el paisaje a su propio ritmo.

Además, aproveche el bote de vela de cortesía, los kayaks, el stand up paddle boarding (SUP), el equipo de snorkel, las raquetas de playa, las sillas de playa y la sombrilla a su disposición. Ya sea que prefiera relajarse y tomar el sol o actividades más agotadoras, esta villa tiene la respuesta.

Our group came from Many countries and have experienced many villas together in many countries . The bonus point with villa Aria is access to the beach and kayaks and paddle boards provided as well as a lovely swimming pool and tennis court . My only suggestion will be add some hand rails for the stone steps going down to rooms .

The most amazing villa ever....!!!!

Villa Aria is utterly stunning. We have just celebrated with family a combined age birthday of 140 years. The villa allowed for us all to have space and the most amazing time. Alex and Eleni are wonderful hosts and helped with hotel reservations and party arrangements. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough!

Great House, Endless Activites, Kind Host, Value for Money

We spent the first week of October in this great House. We were a group of 16 people + 3 Kids (2-4 years). The house had enough space for all of us. The house has its own bay, a nice swimming pool, a tennis court, pingpong tables, a small sailing boat, SUPs, Kajaks, etc all included in the rent. And there are many options you could rent from Alexandros, the host, e.g. under water scooters. The kitchen was well equipped, Angela, the cook, prepared an amazing dinner on our arrival day and even bought some groceries for the first day. Alexandros really took our wishes seriously and helped us with many activities (wine tasting, massage, etc). We will definitely come back.

Staying here led to buying a year later!

Two weeks with our family in this amazing villa led us to buying a house in the area a year later. We were looking, but not in Greece, and the holiday was such a great success in an amazing house on an amazing beach that we were sold. And we have only grown more fond ever since, loving the people, the community, the food, the mentality (hard working, not the laziness often described in Northern European media) the quality of life. Our heaven on earth, our gem on the Med! So if you are susceptible to this "addiction" you might want to avoid this villa and the Porto Heli area, otherwise this villa is the best bet for a great vacation. Take as much time as you can afford, you will not regret it! (PS the date is not correct, we stayed in 2011, but the system would not let me enter the correct dates!)

A PRIVATE PARADISE IN A GREAT LOCATION!

I have rented many properties in Greece during my 20 years (almost!) of annual visits, and this is by far the best!! We were three families with children aged between 2 and 17, and stayed for 2 weeks. The house is really big, which meant nobody was stepping on anyone's toes (baby beds and highchairs were also provided). The home is clean, with a lovely open floor plan and stunning views from the private bedroom balconies, living/dining room balcony, and the spacious terrace surrounding...all within an easy 2.5 hour drive from Athens airport - no ferries or fuss to get to this delightful villa! But the best thing about this house is its great position. The photos really don't show the whole picture. The garden is beautiful, but the stand out is the beach just meters away - our kids loved playing in the calm waters. The owners Konstantinos and Maria really have everything you need ready and waiting, with many much appreciated amenities for the beach (kayaks, sailing boat, sun beds, snorkels etc). They even arranged a boat day trip to Spetses Island!! Overall, 2 weeks passed in a magic moment, next time we will stay longer. Thank you for your warm hospitality!! Skip the resorts and stay here!

Wonderful house with stunning view and amazing be

Over the years, we have rented large properties with our friends and families but this property has become our favourite. Easily. We are three families: 15 of us, ranging in age from 19-60 and the two weeks we spent here were simply joyous. The house is so comfortable, cleverly designed open plan living with sweeping terraces. The garden is beautiful with groaning fig trees and steps leading down to the beach via separate seating areas. The beach is idyllic with fine sand and beautiful water. We had views that warm your soul. We had kayaks; a paddle board; a sailing boat; enough snorkels and flippers to keep everyone happy; we had sun loungers and parasols on the beach. We had homemade jam, local olive oil and a meal waiting for us. Konstantinos and his brother Alex, were so warm and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We had a magical and very special holiday for two weeks, and much as we want to keep this place a secret, we owe it to Konstantinos to tell you about it. As someone else has said, spend as long as you can afford. It will do your soul such good! We are going back.....

A trip to remember!

Sixteen of us spent one week at this wonderful Villa (ages 4-70 ). Alex and Eleni were so very helpful and responsive throughout our planning process and then again during our stay. We requested 3 dinners made by Chef Dimitri during our stay and clean up by Georgia! They arranged our transportation from the airport to the Villa and back to Athens, ( a 2.5 hour trip ) and when two of our family members were delayed because the airline lost their luggage, Eleni and Alex helped with the delayed transfer. They made arrangements for us all to go to a winery and then again to get to Spetses for the day. Both great fun and worthwhile. Housekeeping came in every day to straighten up daily which was unexpected and wonderful. The staff was amazing and the house was stocked with everything that you could possibly need. Activities for every age were plentiful. Family was able to paddle board, kayak, pool inflatables and water guns were available ( great fun for the children). Too many fun things to mention. A few of us play pickleball and Alex gave us permission to line the tennis court with tape in order to teach our entire family how to play. We had a blast playing pickleball well into the evening on the lighted tennis court. I am often reluctant to believe every review that I read, but Villa Aria is truly a gem. We will always remember our stay there. So many memories were made there. Thank you, Alex, Eleni, and the entire staff for making our stay so memorable! Marlene

Miracle Holiday

Everything we wanted and more. 14 family members with an age range of 3 years to 66 years travelled to Greece to help me celebrate a special birthday. From the moment we arrived which was very late in the evening we were met by Alex and Virginia where a beautiful meal was waiting for us and this set the very high standard of attention we received throughout our 14 night stay. The villa is beautiful, plenty of accommodation for everyone. We used all the facilities from the bar b q to the tennis courts, table tennis, kayaks and paddle boards. Alex arranged some water scooters for us to use (at an additional cost) which everyone from the young to the older ones of us thoroughly enjoyed. We had many plans to visit sites whilst in Greece but found ourselves staying at the villa for the majority of the time either swimming, snorkelling, paddle boarding or kayaking in the sea or swimming and floating on the inflatables in the pool. Alex arranged a whatsapp group with the family so anything we wanted or needed help with was so easy to sort. Virginia arranged two people carriers to take us all to a beautiful restaurant that she had recommended and booked on our behalf in Ermioni on the harbour, it was beautiful and the food delicious. Dimitri came and cooked for us 3 times the food was absolutely gorgeous, he would always come the day before and talk about what you would like and give you ideas for the meals also the the salads, desserts etc which were all amazing. He was such a lovely man always a smile and a wonderful chef. The Housekeeping was exceptional they came in daily were always polite fresh bedding and towels every third day. Finally a word for our hosts Alex and Virginia what stars they were, nothing was to much trouble, always a smile when they popped in they arranged lots of extra bits for the children as well as managing to sneak in a beautiful Chocolate ice-cream cake for my birthday, we were all thoroughly spoilt. Alex and Virginia as well as the beautiful villa Aria made this a holiday that my family and I will never forget. No one can fail to have a beautiful, relaxing time. I do hope that one day I will be able to return.

une villa avec un emplacement idéal, plage et piscine. beaucoup d'équipements, un service quotidien efficace. le village de kilada est à 5mn et on y trouve tout le necessaire. une taverne à 2mn extra , un endroit parfait en famille.

Even Better Than Imagined

This property, its surroundings and the customer service can't be matched. It is peaceful, picturesque, high levels of service from cleaning staff and grounds keepers to the host and all the extras he helped arrange. We celebrated our 50th birthday there for a week and everyone was comfortable, had so much to explore in the area, enjoyed the "farm-to-table" food prepared for us by a chef (coordinated thru the villa), and relaxed! Incredibly memorable!

Amazing holiday location

The stay at Villa Aria was all you can ask for! Alex was the perfect host and fulfilled all our wishes immediately. The villa‘s location is amazing and you always find things to do and never get bored! We had Dimitrios as a cook for breakfast and dinner and he is a marvellous cook! Overall a 10 stars holiday!

Great spot and property

Wonderfull house, very convenient for a family (we were 10 adults and 6 kids) with a calm area (2 bedrooms next to tennis) and despite dinning room fitting more for 10 than 16 (but normally you eat outside on a superbe terrasse). Nice little beach , enjoying canoe... Alex is great host, always very reactive in case of an issue .. and he arranged great cook and musician for birthday event. The only weak point (if you are picky) is the not very easy way to go there (hopefully Google maps knows the place) but once you are there, what a wonderfull stay

Amazing!

The villa was incredible. We wound our way down little roads through olive groves and vineyards and arrived at this very private, beautifully kept oasis on the sea. There were gardens everywhere with blooming fruit trees and gorgeous flowering plants. We had several patios with views of the ocean on which to eat fresh fish that we bought at the local markets and grilled on the well equipped grill. Our kids spent the days playing tennis and basketball on the court and then cooling off in the ocean which is just a few steps down from the villa and has all the paddle boards and kayaks you need. The beach is shared by two other villas, and the water is warm and calm and stays shallow for a long ways out - great for snorkeling. Alex and Virginia were there when we arrived, checked in with us frequently and were on top of absolutely everything we needed, including arranging a chef for a couple delicious dinners. Virginia hosted our family at a local restaurant where we got to partake in traditional plate smashing and Greek music. We had twelve family members staying there, and the villa is so spacious and the hang out areas so many that we never felt cramped. The daily cleaning service was thorough and unobtrusive. We have stayed at VRBO’s throughout the world, and this was truly a special experience. We are already trying to plan time to get back!

Perfect Villa for a large Group

We had a fabulous time at Villa Aria. We were a large group of family and friends and from the moment we booked to the day of departure, Alex and Virginia were excellent in their clear communications and responsiveness to any questions which we had. The Villa layout lends itself very well to a large party (we were 16+ over the course of the week). There are 3 separate accommodation areas which gives privacy if required and there are lots separate decks and spaces around the villa which ensured that there was plenty of communal and private space. The Tennis court was very well used and the area behind the courts was a great place to gather for drinks early evening. There is a deck just beyond the tennis court which has superb views of the sunsets and many evenings were spent sipping cocktails watching the sun go down. For such a large group, we were able to sit outside in the shade for lazy lunches and longer evening meals which often culminated in "Mamma Mia" evenings and on the last night, we did Greek dancing with Alex leading the way!!! The beach although narrow is just 20 metres from the villa and there is direct access. The sea is shallow for the first 20 metres and the bay is sandy so ideal for those who want to paddle and take it easy but also ideal for those who want to do more challenging sea swims along the coast. There was lots of complimentary equipment to use in the sea and also a small sailing boat (extra charge). Alex the owner and Virginia live close by and were always on hand to answer questions and they recommended some great restaurants (even making the bookings for us) both locally, in Porto Heli, Ermioni and even during our day trips to Spetses and Hydra. The daily maid service was a little unexpected but very welcome and we booked Dimitris the chef on several occasions. Dimitris not only cooks on site some wonderful local dishes but he is a really nice person, cooking with enthusiasm and a smile. and we would strongly recommend booking him for a few nights. All in all a fabulous week of sunshine and fun made extra special by Alex and Virginia.

Amazing Week

We have just come back from the most idyllic week at Villa Aria. From the moment we booked we knew we had found something very special. The owner Alex responded promptly and answered clearly any questions we had before we arrived. He even emailed us directions from the airport to the villa suggesting the most wonderful place to stop and take a break and take in the spectacular view. The villa location was beautiful and the villa itself was perfect. Alex and Virginia met us on arrival and were very generous with their time showing us around and explaining the main things about the villa. Throughout the week they were extremely helpful, explaining where the best places were to buy food on a Sunday, booking tables in restaurants in Porto Heli and Ermioni and helping us organise trips to local islands. A huge thank you to you both for enabling us to have an exceptional holiday in these unprecedented times.

Enchanting Villa

My husband and I spent two weeks at Villa Aria, celebrating milestones with friends, and in short, by the end we never wanted to leave. The setting and the grounds of Villa Aria are so exquisite, you can’t divert your eyes from the view. The villa itself is elegant and low-key at the same time. At any point, guests have their choice of beautiful places to relax, or activities to enjoy. The villa is also located in a lovely and fascinating part of the Greek countryside, with charming villages and extensive history to explore. Alex was a wonderful host, who went out of his way to meet our every need. We are deeply grateful to him – his recommendations provided some of the most memorable experiences of our vacation. In addition, we had Angela come in to provide breakfast and several dinners. Angela: You are an angel from Heaven and your meals are divine. We are happy and grateful for an unforgettable trip, and can only hope for the chance to return to this paradise.

We had an amazing 11 days staying at Villa Aria. We had anywhere between 6-12 people staying with us on any given day and the property offers so many things to do (beach, pool, tennis, reading areas, games, et al) that we never felt crowded but always had places to comfortably hang out. Alex and his property management team have all sorts of wonderful ideas and suggestions for what to do in the area but honestly, we often felt more like just “staying home” given the beautiful surroundings. - The beach is soft sand and shallow - one of the large decks with seating offers a beautiful view of the sunset (and is where we would often have cocktails before dinner) - Angela, the chef, is INCREDIBLE. There are wonderful antiquities to visit in the area, as well as boat trips to Hydra or Spetses. Truly a magical experience...hope we can figure out a reason to come back soon.

Astonishing view, a step from the beach

Me and my business partner are going to organize a mini company event and we stayed at Villa Aria for 2 nights to see if it suits for us. The Villa is absolutely amazing for our purpose. The rooms are very comfortable, and it has big shared living areas in which our colleagues can spent time and have launch all together. Moreover, there are a lot of activities that someone can do such as watersports, tennis, ping pong, a wooden deck by the sea for yoga lesson, etc. The local area is quiet, and everything is close by car. In additon, for history lovers, there are some archeological sites nearby, where someone can visit. The host of Villa Aria, Alexandros, was very helpful. He showed us the house and the local area and suggested some ideas for our event. He also offered to make some arrangements for our event such as: to find a Greek traditional music band, yoga teacher, photographer, etc. Villa's highlight is its location, once it is literally a "breath" from the sea! The view is breathtaking and peaceful! Villa Aria is the right place to relax, to create bonds with your colleagues and to make the best memories! We are looking forward to coming back! Maria & Chris

"A breath of life"

We have spent wonderful days in Villa Aria! From the moment we arrived, we were convinced this was a great choice. The owner, Alex gave us a warm welcome and had prepared some delicious food which was just what we needed after the trip. He helped us with all our small requests during the stay, gave us recommendations and generally just made us feel welcome and at ease. The house is everything the pictures promise, and more! Beautiful, great taste, very well maintained, cozy with a beautiful garden. The new deck area at the west side of the villa, where we were sitting in the evenings watching the sunset was amazing. It was also a great place to practice yoga! The outdoor furniture, tables, chairs, sofa and sunbeds was exactly what we needed to relax. All the benefits /amenities the villa provided, e.g. new air condition in the living room, new comfortable beds, the canoes at the beach and the tennis court, everything was really fantastic!! Although we stayed at the main area of the villa, Alex took us for a tour to the other areas, guest house and ground floor, and we can really say that everything we saw represents the meaning of luxury vacations! We would love to come again and we surely recommend villa Aria to everyone! E.
