​Cozy apartment of about 50 square meters, perfect for a comfortable and functional stay. Located on the first floor of a villa, it features a double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and dining area. The area is full of services: bus stops right outside the house with direct connections to Mondello, supermarkets, pizzerias, bars, delis, pastry shops, and everything you need just a few steps away.
​It is necessary to communicate your arrival time well in advance, as the owner will welcome you and there is no doorman.
We guarantee access from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM; after that time, it is necessary to coordinate with the owner.
​Night check-in has a cost of 15 euros after 10:00 PM, 20 euros after 12:00 AM, and 35 euros after 1:30 AM.
​Cleaning is not included. If requested, it will cost 25 euros per day.
