This charming apartment with a balcony, situated in the vibrant city of Matosinhos and decorated to provide comfort, is the ideal retreat to enjoy the proximity to the sea, local cuisine, and explore the northern region of Portugal.
Ideal for families, this apartment features an open-plan living room and kitchen. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed and TV, perfect for relaxing, and also features a dining table.
The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare all daily meals. In addition to basic dishes and utensils, the kitchen features a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, oven, stovetop, and dishwasher to help with your daily needs.
Access to the balcony is conveniently located off the kitchen and living room, allowing you to enjoy outdoor moments. The space has a table and chairs, ideal for enjoying natural light during the day.
Both bedrooms are harmoniously decorated and have wardrobes to store your belongings. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a Queen size bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds, comfortably accommodating the whole family.
All beds come with quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.
The bathrooms feature all amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The space is always professionally cleaned.

Furthermore, you are steps away from the City Park (the largest urban park in the country), connecting nature's green to the sea's blue, and the iconic "Anemone" sculpture (She Changes). This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
