This quaint cottage provides the perfect location on the edge of the harbour has all the modern comforts and unforgettable views for the prefect break.
A well-equipped fitted kitchen/diner complete with electric oven and ceramic induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with small freezer compartment, wall TV and equipped with all the necessities that are needed to run a modern kitchen complete with table seating for four. The family bathroom also on the ground floor, has a spacious large walk-in shower cubicle, integrated washbasin, integrated toilet with the benefit of an additional toilet on the top floor next to the bedrooms.
On first floor is the lounge, which has a new galleried glass balcony with seating and with views direct over the harbour, Yacht basin and towards TorBay. A perfect place where you can relax in the afternoon or evening sunshine, now with new Fibre broadband a Smart TV, some games/books and plenty of seating.
The Double bedroom on the top floor has views direct into the harbour features a comfortable double bed, wash hand basin, hanging cupboard, hairdryer and additional electric towel rail for towel drying towels during the summer and Central heating. The smaller bedroom has two built in bunk beds suitable for young children also on this floor is another toilet.
House cleaning is thoughtfully included also provided is all the required Designated Parking in view of cottage, bedding and towels, full gas Central heating and carpeted throughout ensuring a carefree stay.
