Fantastic stay, perfect location
This accommodation was perfect for us and the location couldn’t be better. Sue, our host was helpful and checked everything was all okay for our stay.
You are only a short walk away from Dawlish centre and the lovely amenities it has to offer. One of our favourites, a short walk away, was the Marine Taven pub, with a lovely view across the sea wall and out to the sea beyond.
The accommodation was much larger than we expected with everything you could possibly need including spare bulbs, should you need them! Everything was thought of. It was also very clean, with cleaning products there to use, should you need them.
As the accommodation had a parking space we hardly used the car, travelling on trains, buses and ferry’s we visited many places around the Tor Bay area. There is so much to see and do a week is just not long enough!
One thing I would recommend to people who stay here is to check out Cove Cafe (over the rail bridge to the right, at the end of the sea wall), perfect coffee and cake as well as delicious Italian pizza.
Would highly recommend. We had a fabulous stay.

Excellent location
This property was exceptional, the location was great for the railway station and a bus service. We only used the car once during the week.
Everything you could or would need was included in the apartment, and the grandchildren enjoyed the selection of games provided.
It was like a home from home and would definitely stay there again.

Lovely apartment, very conveniently situated
The apartment is spacious, spotless and very well equipped for all your needs. There is a private parking space right outside the front door which was a big plus as parking around Dawlish could be quite difficult in high season. The apartment is very comfortable and everything in it is good quality. The owners have thought about absolutely everything and are very helpful. We parked the car and didn’t use it again until we drove home as the station is a couple of minutes walk away with the service running along the coast. Very pretty scenery. You can walk to a pub, 2 minutes, fish and chips 5 mins, cream teas 7 minutes, Co-op 7 minutes, sea and beach couple of minutes ( behind the new sea wall) . The river with black swans is 5 minutes away with plenty of seating and a large open green. All this said, we were not disturbed by any noise. Fabulous place. We would definitely recommend to others.

Very comfortable apartment.
Very comfortable apartment with plenty of room. Well stocked with equipment and utilities. Very close to the sea although the new sea wall means you can't see it. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

The apartment was superbly equipped, comfortable and ideal for my parents who have mobility restrictions. Thanks for the welcome pack and clear access instructions. We were blessed with beautiful weather and enjoyed re-discovering parts of Devon we haven't visited in years! The neighbourhood was quiet despite the on-going railway defences work. Lovely short break
A beautiful apartment, very spacious. Extremely well equipped. A nice easy walk into the town to the public transport. Very quiet location, but loved to see the trains whizzing past. The apartment is in an ideal location for walking the coastal path. There are good train and bus connections nearby. We were joined by a second couple for part of the week and the apartment is spacious enough to cope easily with four adults.

Cosy, clean and comfortable
We thoroughly enjoyed our few days in Dawlish and would highly recommend 4 Great Cliff which was well equipped and just like home from home. The apartment is also conveniently situated for the beach and walking into town and local bus and train services.

Absolutely perfect!!
What a fantastic apartment in a great location. We spent a week there with two of our friends.
The owners have thought of everything. The welcome pack was much appreciated after a long journey.
The apartment was very clean & spacious & had everything you could need. Ideal for transport links too. We felt so at home there we didn't want to leave.
Lovely selection of shops just 5 minutes walk away & some great places to eat.
Having your own parking space is a great plus too.
We will definitely be returning & would highly recommend this apartment.

When we walked into no 4 greatcliffs we were very pleased with everything . There was nothing we didn’t like . It was very clean and there was everything we needed. Also there was a welcome gift of tea coffee milk sugar biscuits bread and numerous other items .Also we where very central buses and trains and Dawlish is a very ideal holiday stay

The apartment is beautiful with all mod cons and very convenient for town and railway station
This apartment is well situated with just a short level walk to the railway station and town of Dawlish with its shops and restaurants, and in the other direction, just over the little railway bridge, there's a lovely outdoor cafe overlooking the sea and another bay. If you're into self-catering, the kitchen is well stocked with crockery, cooking pans and utensils. Every room is clean and neat and there is plenty of information about places to visit in this lovely area.

PERFECT
