PERROS OK! BEACH PARK @ SPRINGMAID BEACH / RENOVADO2018 / MASCOTAS 0K! LINO / TOALLAS

Thank you Liz for another 5 STAR REVIEW ! So glad you liked the Condo and it was a pleasure to correspond with you

So we get a 4 Star Review for our stairs ( We advertise a "a 3rd Floor Walk up and elevator is not listed in our amenities ) Your due diligence not ours we are honest on our site Our skylight is a problem for you, its been there since 2009 and no one has ever mentioned it in our reviews. Guess everyone else turned to the other side But it seems all else was ok and you did mention that I guess I am just temperamental after 28 years of having guests at our condo. Needed to Vent !

Thank you, Marc, for this 5 STAR REVIEW !! I had the rare pleasure of meeting you and your family on your stay with us and I am so happy that you we lived up to your family vacation expectations !!

Thank you for another 5 STAR RATING we love our condo and are glad you did also

Thank you Johnathan for your 5 star review ! Best recommendation is a guest who wants to stay again. We are 1 mile from Market Commons with 40 stores and 12 restaurants and don't forget we and they are pet friendly ! This condo and our other 2 at this resort ...we welcome your doggies !

Thank you Kathrine for this 5STAR REVIEW ! Glad we gave you what you wanted and hope your stays with us become more often

Thank you HeeYoung for another 5 STAR REVIEW. We are 90 seconds to the beach and we are dog friendly ! We are 1 1/2 miles to MARKET COMMONS where they are dog friendly also !! Glad you and your whole family had fun at our condo, the beach and of course all Myrtle Beach has to offer.

Thank you Nicole for this 5 STAR RATING The best compliment you can give us is stating you will be back !! Thanks

This is a case of you can't please everyone. We send a PDF in advance to all guests about do's and don'ts. In their it mentions we are not responsible for acts of God. Mechanical break downs etc, it is quite extensive. The pool devices that deliver the chlorine broke down and had to be ordered and replaced. It is unsanitary to use the pool. You went to pieces! I said most people come for the beach not the pool which most communities back home have. I offered you $100.00 not that I had to. I asked for a fair review to the site which you never delivered and would have trashed us either way. No $ for you. The houses are 2 people's homes funny no one has mentioned them in the last 12 years!! my neighbors and other guests mentioned you never stopped complaining about any and everything while there (3 nights). By the way it is not a private pool we have 42 units there. Thanks for the first sentence.

Thank you Michele for your 5 STAR REVIEW ! We are happy we made your vacation enjoyable Come again soon

Thank you Kevin for this 5 STAR REVIEW !! We are more economical than any hotel and obviously give you much more living space We also have the Atlantic Ocean outside our door !!

Thank you Jeff for this 5 STAR REVIEW. Glad you and yours had fun at our condo , SpringMaid Beach and all Myrtle Beach has to offer

Thank you Jeff for this 5 STAR REVIEW !! As you and we mention we are a "3rd floor walk-up " in our first sentence on site. We also include pictures of our complex. We are glad you and your family had a great time and there is no extra charge for the workout !!!

Thank You NICK for this 5 STAR REVIEW !!! We are glad you liked our condo and our SpringMaid Beach. It is our job to respond to your needs Thank you

Thank you Stephanie for your 5 Star Review !! We are planning an update for our unit during the winter months we feel there needs some update also. Thanks for the "clean" appreciation and yes we are 90 seconds to the beach.

Thank you Juan for your 5 STAR REVIEW !!!

Thank you Rebecca for our first 5 STAR REVIEW with our 2022 RENOVATION!! And since your stay we carried the gorgeous flooring out onto the terrace so that you can watch the ocean and enjoy your morning coffee or some tanning sunshine.

Thank you Andrea for this 5 STAR REVIEW !!! Wow you said the magic words in the first sentence.."I MUST COME BACK SOON" Well you were very clean an dour cleaning staff thanks you but we would not want our dog lovers to think they did not have to mange hair on their dogs , yours happened to be a GOLDEN DODDLE Come Back Soon !!!!!.

Thank you Gerald for this 5 STAR REVIEW !! Thank you for thanking care of one of our Myrtle Beach Homes and Please come again it was our pleasure

Thank you Sarah for this 5 STAR REVIEW !!! We are happy your time with us was "great" The interesting thing about the steps was the building codes in Myrtle allowed the developers to build up to 3 stories without requiring an elevator, so naturally no builder installed one !! The advantage is allowing dogs since no other guests feel trapped in an elevator or pass up elevators . The main reason other resorts don't allow pets or limit their size to small only... is the elevator factor.

Thank you Keith, first for leaving one of our Myrtle Beach homes in great condition, you and your wife were great guests. Also, thank you for this wonderful description of the beach and land at the condo, it is genuinely one of the best spots in MB. It was so nice to meet you both, since we were doing upkeep on our other Beach Park condo while you were there.

Thank you Trevor for this 4STAR REVIEW we wish it could be a 5. We do not hide the fact that we are a walk up as shown in our pictures and the first sentence of our site verbiage. Already knowing that you brought lots of stuff, kids and a dog that pee's just like all the other dogs that visit our 2 pet friendly condos. The beach and the view of it are CLOSE !! And we did notice some new stains /accidents after you left, that's what the cleaners under the sink are for. Yes we discovered the dishwasher broken and bought you enough paper goods for your stay since installing a new would have impacted your families good time. We appreciate you mentioning the truly most important thing...linens and rooms were CLEAN. and our communication was swell We deserved a 5
