Shones Croft is a welcoming 4-bedroom home set on a peaceful cul-de-sac in Ness, offering plenty of space across two floors and parking right outside. It's a great base for exploring Chester, the Wirral, and North Wales, or for contractors and professionals working in the area.
The property features four bedrooms: one double on the ground floor, and three upstairs including the master with a king bed and en-suite, another double, and a single. The master bathroom upstairs has both a shower cubicle and bath, while a separate toilet is conveniently located downstairs. Smart TVs are provided in the lounge and both double bedrooms, with ample wardrobe and storage space throughout.
The ground floor includes a spacious lounge with seating for six, Smart TV, and a dining table, alongside a modern kitchen with breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, kettle, and plenty of crockery, cutlery, and cookware. A separate utility room offers a washer dryer, freezer, extra fridge freezer, and even an air fryer, as well as access to the side driveway.
