Wonderful stay

We had a fantastic stay at the villa. Fransesco is the best host possible and made our stay unforgettable. The house itself is also very nice and the view is breathtaking! So 10/10!

The house is amazing, very well done with lots of launch places and an additional outdoor kitchen! Amazing beach! The owner was super nice. I would definitely come back!

We had a fantastic time at this property! The view is outstanding and the pool is perfect. We also enjoyed being steps to the ocean. Francesco was available for anything we needed and was always happy to help. If we’re ever back in the area we’d love to return.

Fantastic stay in Sicily

My family of six and I had an incredible stay here in Sicily, with many thanks to our very friendly and communicative host, Francesco. The property is beautiful and well-cared for and its location is very convenient if your goal is to see a lot of the eastern coast of the island. You have a beautiful view of Etna, a short walk to the sea, and lots of good times in store if you book here. Grazie Francesco!!

Welcome to Paradise

The villa was everything we could hope for and more. The view of Etna and the sea are breathtaking. The accomodations are so comfortable and spacious. Both indoor and outdoor kitchens are well-equipped. The location is ideal for visiting Siracusa and Catania quite easily, as well as the Etna wine country. Our host was so pleasant, helpful and attentive to all our needs. We highly recommend the traditional Sicilian supper prepared by a chef who will come to the villa.

Outstanding Experience

The villa was beautiful and plenty big for 5 adults and 6 kids. Clean, amazing view, Wi-Fi worked well, on-site laundry much appreciated. Francesco was highly responsive and even put us in touch with a Sicilian chef who made us a home cooked meal. Highly recommended!

Perfect stay

Large, airy, very clean property with a lovely pool. Stunning views and a perfect place to chill. The development also has a little sea wall from which the residents can swim. The owner was very helpful and kind, and made our stay very relaxed. The road to the development is tricky to find, which is why I deducted one star for check-in, nothing to do with the owner, just tricky geography!

Gorgeous seaside home!

This is a beautiful home just steps from the sea. The pool was so refreshing and the kitchen is fully stocked. The wonderful host provided a lot of food and drinks when we arrived, which we appreciated after a long day of travel. The home was conveniently located between Siracuse and Catania. It is clean, spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable. We highly recommend it!

Villa Marisa

We were 3 couples, one of which was in a wheelchair. The Villa is super with an excellent view of the sea and at a distance there is mount Etna. It is equipped with all the facilities you need. Francesco helped us with all our requirements. It is a pleasant and quite place to stay.

Lovely Private Seaside Home!

The photos of the villa are pretty accurate. My husband and I stayed here at the end of our Sicily adventure. It is a lovely property just steps from the sea! The villa is big and can fit many couples or a large family. The host, Francesco was very welcoming and respsonsive, he greeted us at the gate, gave us a tour and helped us book an amazing Sicilian private chef. We enjoyed the views of the sea and Mt Etna!

Beautiful Villa

Francesco was a great host. If you needed anything Francesco was available immediately. The view was spectacular. Plenty of space for our group of 9. Good location as well because we used it as our home base for visiting Taromina, Catania and Siracusa and little towns in between. Grazie Mille Francesco per tutto!

What a spectacular accomodation!! Perfect location, you are an hour from everything on the east coast of Sicily. Francesco is the ultimate host, everything was beyond perfect, beautiful, breathtaking. Anything you think you need he has. The pictures do not do this place justice. Beautiful view

Wonderful stay from beginning to end. Francesco met us so we would not get lost as we have a tendency to do. Very well stocked kitchen. Outside area with plenty of seating to enjoy the view of Mt Etna and the sea. Enjoyed the pool to cool off in. Francesco arranged for a chef to come and prepare a delicious dinner for my sister’s birthday. Want to return in the future with my children. Loved our stay!

Fabulous view and access to the sea

Francesco is kind, patient and helpful. He personally ensured we had a fabulous stay by helping us obtain groceries and made recommendations for the area. We enjoyed the views and relaxed and cooked and dined outside. He also connected us to arrange for a personal chef to celebrate a birthday. We loved the access to the sea for a swim. Thank you!

Great hosts, property and location!

Our large group stayed in Sicily at this property for five nights. Francesco was such a responsive and helpful host, including communication about getting to the property, and even providing some groceries ready for us when we arrived. The property itself is amazing, lots of space for people to sleep, cook, relax or enjoy the views of Mount Etna and the sea inside or outside. I don’t think the pictures show all this place has to offer! I would definitely recommend it! The location also provides easy access to a nice area to swim or to other places given it’s close to the highway.

Coastal bliss!

The property was perfect for our group of 10 adults. 5 full bedrooms each with their own bath. The deck and pool areas have a stunning view, as shown in the listing. The kitchen appliances and washing machine are new. We were able to hire a private chef and seat our whole group for a celebratory dinner. As mentioned in other reviews, the property is remote to shopping and restaurants, but we did find it convenient to day trip destinations including Siracusa, Noto, and Catania. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Fabulous property and owner

Me and my family, adult children and their wives and girlfriends stayed. 8 of us in total. Property is clean and located close to Catania airport and close to so many other wonderful locations in Sicily. I would recommend this property and we will stay here again. Francesco was so easy to work with and helped us reserve an on site chef for dinner one night(who was also fabulous), drove us to get pizza one evening and also helped with food delivery one evening. A stunning. Via of the sea and Mt Etna from the back and access to the sea with a short walk. Thank you Francesco for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful view

The owner met us at the community gate after providing us with detailed directions the day of arrival. Once at the VRBO we were given a tour and shown how to use some of the amenities provided in the home. The home and property were absolutely gorgeous and met all the needs of our mixed group, which included two families with adults, young adults and an 8 year old. All the bedrooms were comfortable and had a full ensuite. The owner was very generous in providing us with some wonderful grocery items to get started. We did cook in the home each night of our 5 night stay and had a quick breakfast each morning. With such a wonderful view we spent each evening enjoying the pool and lounge area. A short walk led us down to a rock beach where we swam and visited with locals while enjoying the view of Mt. Etna. The property was easily our favorite during our 11 day vacation and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodations in this area.

Sehr freundlicher Eigentümer. Hat uns eingekauft, frischen Käse gebracht. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad, grosszügige Wohnfläche und Aussenbereich. Tolle Aussicht, es braucht unbedingt ein Auto. Wir waren 9 Personen, top Platz. 2 Bäder und die Küche sind etwas älter, aber absolut funktionstüchtig und wie auf den Bildern. Pool ist gut erhalten und wird regelmässig gereinigt. Wir empfeheln das Haus, die Lage und den Eigentümer.

Gern! Hier ist eine Bewertung für Ihren Aufenthalt: “Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus! Der Gastgeber war unglaublich herzlich und aufmerksam – gleich am ersten Abend hat er uns sogar zum Supermarkt gefahren, was gar nicht nötig gewesen wäre, denn er hatte bereits ein kleines Starterpaket mit Nudeln und anderen Lebensmitteln bereitgestellt. Das Haus selbst ist geräumig und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Besonders beeindruckend ist die Terrasse mit einer traumhaften Außenküche. Rund um das Haus gibt es viele schöne Plätze, um je nach Wunsch in der Sonne oder im Schatten zu entspannen. Das Haus befindet sich in einem abgeschlossenen Bereich mit separatem Zugang, was zusätzliches Gefühl von Privatsphäre gibt. Für Ausflüge in den Südosten Siziliens ist die Lage perfekt. Absolut empfehlenswert!”
