Este es un condominio de unidad final del segundo piso 1B / 1B, ¡a solo unos pasos de la playa! ¡Refréscate en la piscina! ¡Vea a un delfín o manatí! Busca conchas. Pescar en el muelle. ¡Te encantará lo tranquilo y relajante que es este lugar!
El condominio tiene una cama queen en el dormitorio (2 personas) y un nuevo sofá cama queen en la sala de estar (2 personas). Un baño (bañera / ducha). TV por cable, sin acceso a internet, aire acondicionado / calefacción, para no fumadores, no se permiten mascotas. Totalmente amueblado: vajilla, sartenes, cafetera, tostadora, microondas, ropa de cama, toallas de baño y playa, secador de pelo, plancha y tabla y perchas. Piscina con mesas de cabaña tiki. Great location

Treasure Island is a beautiful island. Very walkable. The property at Sunset Cove is well maintained. Close to the pool, the bay, and the ocean. We had a wonderful vacation! Russ was a great host.

Hidden Gem

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. It has the bonus of being one of two units with a view of the beach (somewhat obstructed but better than nothing). The unit was well equipped with everything needed for a month at the beach and the location can't be beat. This was our second time staying at Sunset Cove and we'll definitely try to stay here again the next time we plan an extended stay in the area.

Great location

Loved the area. Was surprised how close we were to the ocean. Was expecting a long walk. Only thing that would have made things better would be more room. I would definitely come back. Russ was great. His email explained things well.

Great location

I've stayed on this property before in different rentals. The location is great as well as the pool. However, having the maintenance guy blast his music at 730a is a tad ridiculous. If you're on the opposite end, it might be okay but it was right outside my window. Loved that the condo was on the corner as I got extra windows to open. Cleaners didn't do that great of a job, found wrappers and such under the couch and the bath rugs seemed filthy. The place is a little outdated, I was afraid to use the stove. Other than that, the owner was easy to get ahold of and I had a great time.

Amazing Location!

We loved staying here. Exactly as described and looks just like the pictures. You are able to walk right across the street to the beach....literally takes 2 minutes. We took morning and evening walks everyday and enjoyed the most beautiful sunsets (hence the name sunset cove). Everything we needed.....beach towels, beach chairs, cleaning supplies, shampoo/conditioner/soap, hair dryer, everything you need to cook with in the kitchen, and so much more....was supplied. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We will be back!

Great location

I love this area. The apartment had everything we needed. We ended up accidentally breaking the tv and bought a new one to replace it. Was a little nervous on how Russell would take it? But he was great about it. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Place!

I stayed here with my 3 kids and it was perfect for us! Anything you could need is already in the condo and very organized. We loved how private the area was and the beach was super close and easy to get to which helped when wanting to go from the beach to the pool! The pull-out couch was also pretty comfy my kids said! We would definitely stay here again!!! Thank you!!

Enjoyed Sunset Beach & Treasure Island vacation.

We were very happy with our rental at Sunset Cove. Absolutely, everything you need to enjoy your beach vacation. Even had bath supplies, soap, shampoo, sun screen. Kitchen had dish soap, laundry detergent. I did replace few items like dish soap & garbage bags. Plenty of kitchen, bath & beach necessities. Really just buy groceries, liquor & ice you'll find everything else stocked in kitchen. Towels, bedding, beach towels, backpacks, beach chairs available. Very comfortable bed, bedding & pillows. We had minor issue with cable TV & internet, when we first arrived, this just required call to Spectrum to have routers rebooted & with WiFi, I was able to get live tv on my laptop, this was convenient as my husband missed no TV in bedroom. We also used pull out sofa bed in living room & it appeared to be new & also very comfortable. Short walk across street to beach with path dedicated for Sunset Cove residents. Was in touch with owner Rus fairly regularly due to air conditioner replacement our second week. This in itself was minor inconvenience, having air conditioner working & replaced so quickly was great service. Condo has new windows & it was awesome to open up, especially at night for cool breeze & to hear ocean waves. Quiet neighborhood & easy travel going north or south on Gulf Blvd. Recommend car though. Tiki Bar & Caddy's on beach both walking distance & very fun. We have traveled Florida Gulf coast for years from Clearwater to Venice. We especially like & are familiar with Treasure Island/ St. Pete's area. Sunset Cove is another rental I would definitely come back to. Thanks Rus for the generous gift card for some of our minor disruptions we encountered during our stay. Oh lets not forget "dock on the bay" in back of condo. Morning & afternoon sun, a fishing spot, or just warm place to have morning coffee watching dolphins, manatees occasionally visiting. Enjoy glass of wine with residents who have happy hour every evening at dock by the bay. Met wonderful travelers & had great vacation.

Great visit!

Literally steps away from the beach. And a short pleasant drive to get to pretty much anywhere else. The last 3 days our units a/c stopped working. But Mickey the maintenance guy and Russ the units owner were super helpful in getting the situation resolved. The unit was cute, comfortable, clean, and well stocked all the way down to beach chairs and laundry detergent. (Ps Bring quarters for your laundry) We would definitely recommend this property!

Summer Getaway

Our condo passed down from my parents, who owned it for many, many years. I can still remember my dad, mom, grandma, 4 siblings, me and luggage squeezed into our Ford station wagon traveling from Indiana to the condo for summer vacation. Memories forever. Although my wife, our daughter and I do not get to the condo as often as we would like to these days, we are thankful for a great place to relax and unwind when we need to.
