Esta espaciosa unidad de 1 dormitorio es absolutamente impresionante con decoración personalizada, mobiliario, fotografía de Gary Dorthy y hermosa iluminación personalizada. Los propietarios hicieron all in cuando juntaron esta propiedad. Desert La Palme es uno de los complejos más solicitados con 6 piscinas y spas, tres canchas de tenis y una excelente ubicación que te acerca a todas las actividades en el desierto. We like it!

Our second year in this condo. It is convenient, Grady is a pleasure to work with, and it was very clean when we arrived. A bonus this year was Christmas lights on the balcony. We have already booked a month for next year.

Perfect Palm Springs Vacation Property

This condo was perfect for us for our month in Palm Springs. It was stylishly decorated, very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay, including very well equipped kitchen and BBQ. The deck had a beautiful mountain view and the property was perfect, with tennis courts, pool and hot tub steps away. Grady was an excellent host. He met us at check-in, and took us through the condo making sure everything was working properly and responded quickly to any questions we had. We highly recommend this condo and definitely plan to return.

Next to the Best Hot Tub in LaPalme

This is a great 1 bedroom apartment. My wife and I went out to the hot tub nearly every night. It was right outside our apartment. And this is the best and biggest hot tub at LaPalme. Grady was great to check us in and gave us a personal tour, checking to insure everything was in good order. There is a white leather couch and matching chair I wanted to take home.

Perfect stay for the last month!

Overall, this condo has a great location and gorgeous view of pool and mountains. We had everything we needed. We really appreciated many good night's sleeps because the bed was so comfy. The kitchen has newer appliances, however it could use a bit of a renovation to include newer cabinets, countertop and sink. The bathroom is also quite functional, but again, it could use a bathroom update too. I hope we don't come across as picky, because all in all, we really enjoyed our stay, thank you so much, Grady and Mel!

Georgeous Apt in Lapalme

Grady met us at the property and showed us our own designated parking space, everything about the apartment, which got us off to a great start. The Living room furnishings were great and so comfortable. The apartment is steps from the hot tub and was great before bed. We slept so well (comfortable bed helped too) Kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of supplies. This being during lockdown, we cooked a lot so the big refrigerator was helpful. We have already booked again for same time next year. Thanks Mel and Grady!

I wanted to get away and relax and boy was the condo the right place to do just that. I loved having my morning coffee and looking out at the complex and pool. I could not have asked for a better mini-vacation

Very clean and comfortable. Nice for walking and bike riding in surrounding area. Sores close by.

We would recommend to all. Covered parking was nice in gated area. Felt safe and friendly neighbors are a bonus. The condo was well equipped with kitchen needs as well as bathroom. Comfortable living area and bedroom were very nice.

A wonderful vacation home!

The condo is very stylish, has a well equipped kitchen and has the most beautiful view of the mountains from the deck. Complex is very well maintained and the grounds are like a park. I would stay here again and again.

Great place, exactly as advertised

Great place, exactly as advertised. Very nice complex with 6 pools and 3 tennis courts, walkable distance to airport and a couple of minutes easy drive from downtown. Owner's responsiveness was exceptional. Immediate neighborhood outside complex is just ok for walking, but downtown is a few minutes away and very walkable.

From the first contact with Grady and Mel, our experience with this beautiful condo was exemplary. It was the best equipped vacation home we have ever rented and it was CLEAN! Very comfortable. And I would recommend this home and these property managers to anyone who wishes to have a great stay and perfect location. Easy to get anywhere in Palm Springs. The heated pool is literally right outside your door, as is the jacuzzi. You really can't go wrong here!

Fantastic, better than expected

Our stay at La Palme in Palm Springs was a fabulous experience. This is one of the places where you find the actual property to be better than the pictures. This interior designed condo is beautifully furnished and has everything you would need for a long term stay. Housekeeping on arrival was spotless and there were all the kitchen and cooking utensils required on hand. We were pleasantly surprised by the extras supplied for our use such as condiments for cooking as well as propane for the BBQ. Grady, the Property Manager, does a fantastic job. He responded instantly to a couple of calls when we needed assistance. Condo location was perfect for us. It is close to the airport, you could even walk from there, but the airplane noise was not a problem. Thank you Grady for a wonderful stay.

Top class condo and management.

Regarding location, spaciousness, quality of furniture/fitments etc and attentiveness by Grady this is one of the best condos we've stayed in. Pool area is very nice, pity there are no shaded areas to escape the Palm Springs sun when it gets too hot.

Magnificent

Only complaint we had was our time in this beautiful condo was too short, Grady went out of his way to make our vacation some thing special. Had a issue with the TV, he was right on the ball & had it sorted it out with Spectrim organising a technician to come out & solve the problem. We used Home Away in San Tan Valley prior to Palm Springs, the agent being Evolve, we didn’t hear or meet the property manager at all, therefore Grady really stood out in our eyes. A big “THANK YOU “ Grady. Do not hesitate in using this spotlessly clean condo. Tony & Vernice Mortley Queensland Australia .

We loved the condo!!! Would definitely stay there again.

It was furnished so nice and had every amenity you would ever need. The grounds and pool areas were always so nice. The location was perfect for us..just a 5 minute drive to downtown.. It had covered parking which was great when it got really warm. The check in check out was so easy too. Thanks to Bryan and Ron for making our stay so comfortable!! We really enjoyed this unit. It was very comfortable and well equipped. The few minor concerns we had were resolved promptly. Our host's Bryan and Ron were very friendly and responsive to our needs. They did a bang up job and contributed to an enjoyable stay.

wonderful stay; great hosts; terrific place that exceeded expectations!

when a place exceeds one's expectations on arrival, having only seen photos, it's a great feeling. when the stay is so much better than one could hope, it's uncommon. this smart-looking 1 bedroom is very comfortably, even luxuriously fitted out by the owners, and is managed superbly by a local firm that's great on response, action and follow-up. we lucked into this spot while house-hunting, and spent 5 weeks there... wishing we'd booked it for more as our search continues! the neighborhood is very friendly, but not intrusive, and is super-convenient by car to all PS and environs offers. community facilities and grounds are terrific. the kitchen is totally functional for basics and better (i did a full prime rib spread on christmas, and fillets/lobster/bearnaise etc, for the new year!). for being so centrally located, it is very quiet, and blackout shades in the bedroom make sleep all but guaranteed. great value... you will not be disappointed. highly recommend.
