Pam, thank you for staying with us. We were a little surprised by the four-star review, especially since your checkout message said, “We are out! Loved this condo.” Throughout your stay, all of your communications reflected how much you were enjoying the experience. You also made several attempts to rebook the unit — even during your stay — and we explained each time that we were transitioning to long-term rentals and couldn’t accommodate additional short-term bookings. Our business plan has since shifted again, but at that time, we were simply unable to make exceptions. We’d still appreciate knowing what specifically led to the four-star review, especially since there were no concerns mentioned during your stay. If the inability to rebook was the only issue, we respectfully believe the rating should reflect the quality of your actual stay — which you described as very positive. We do our best to go above and beyond for every guest, and we’re proud of our long record of five-star reviews. We wish you well and would consider welcoming you back in the future, availability permitting. We truly value honest feedback, but we also appreciate when it reflects the reality of the stay.
