On the raised ground floor, it’s peaceful and quiet, with its own private entrance.

With a modern kitchen, open-plan living area, and two spacious bedrooms, it’s perfect for travelling, working, or relaxing.
With good train connections to central London in 30 minutes.
Positioned on the raised ground floor of a 6 storey building, this apartment is charming and restful.
With stylish yet comfortable furniture and some unique design touches, this property will feel like a home away from home.
The open plan living/dining room is light and bright. The comfortable sofa is the perfect spot to watch TV or curl up with a book.
The dining table seats 4 and is a great place to linger over an evening meal.
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need.
Both bedrooms are spacious, with plenty of storage space and a comfortable bed.
Bedroom 1 has an ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 has a bathroom opposite.
The ensuite bathroom is a full bathroom, including walk in shower.
The main bathroom is a full bathroom with bath and shower.
You can walk from the property to the riverside and central Kingston, with all the shops and restaurants of Kingston being on your doorstep.
There is no parking at the property, however the 7 Kings car park is across the street, where there is overnight parking available.

Parties are strictly prohibited, and an extra charge will apply should any house rules be broken.
• Smoking, vaping and taking any illegal substances in or around the property is strictly prohibited and a charge of up to £500 may be applied.
• No pets allowed
• No unregistered guests allowed
• Quiet hours within 11pm and 7am, and noise must be kept to a minimum, including TV volume
• Please make sure to lock the doors and windows when you are not there.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times. Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
• A charge will be applied for late checkout if there is no previous agreement.
• Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys will incur a minimum charge of £100, and a £50 call-out fee will be charged if you are locked out of the property.
• Please use indoor shoes/slippers, if possible
• If anything breaks, please do let us know so that this can be replaced.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
