This is large 2 bedroom property spanning across two Georgian town houses.

There is private parking in our carpark right outside the back door, so its great for people with limited mobility.

Both bedrooms have super king beds. One of the bedrooms also has a double sofa bed in it.

There is a lovely big sitting room with TV. The large sofa in the living room converts into a double sofa bed which has an extra memory foam mattress on top.

A lovely walk in shower in the main bathroom and also a separate cloak room with WC.

The kitchen has everything you need.

Central Bath. Minutes walk from The Royal Crescent and The Circus.

just park your car in our private car park ( included in the price) and walk 2 minutes into town.

Complicated bit for those not sharing beds.

If you are 4 guests and do not want to share the beds and want use the sofa beds, let us know. The bedding for the sofa beds is not automatically put out for you.

Each double sofa bed is a charged at £25 per STAY.

If you have booked for 6 . We assume you will use 1 double sofa bed, and price is included. ( if you want a double sofa bed to yourself, please let us know. will be £25 extra per stay)

If you have booked for 8, we assume you will use both double sofa beds and the price is all included.
