Welcome to our comfortable and fully equipped 3-bedroom home, tucked away in a quiet residential area of Renfrew.
Perfect for families, business travellers, or small groups, this home offers plenty of space to relax while being just minutes from local shops, transport links, and Glasgow Airport.

On the ground floor, you’ll find two comfortable double bedrooms. A third double bedroom is located in the loft space, providing a private and cosy retreat.
The home includes a fully equipped independent kitchen, ideal for preparing meals, with direct access to a back door patio area for fresh air or a morning coffee.
There is also a separate dining room with seating for six, perfect for shared meals and gatherings.
This well-laid-out property offers comfort and all the essentials for a pleasant and relaxing stay.
Guests have exclusive access to the whole property during their stay.

*** we have a driveway suitable for standard size vehicles but larger vehicles may be an issue due to width of the drive.

During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
