Scenic, serene and wonderful stay

The property is immaculate, the view is epic and we had a wonderful stay over the weekend. Gabriella was lovely to communicate with. Honestly, one of the most beautiful and well organized stays i've ever been on! Cant wait to go back again!

We are repeat visitors at Sunsets by the Bay. It is an excellent location for bird watching at Pointe Pelee. The house is clean and comfortable and Gabriella is a friendly and responsive host. We will definitely book again!

Lovely cottage

We had a great stay here and the bon fire pit out back was awesome. Lots of activities in the area for all ages. We had family staying at another cottage down the road and they preferred to come here because of the cozy feel!

Family trip

The three of us enjoyed 2 wonderful days at Waterfront Oasis. We were out exploring most of the time but when in the cottage we enjoyed watching the birds through the large windows, sitting by the lake and by the fire in the fire pit at night and talking around the big table. Very cozy.

This location has beautiful views of the sunsets on the shore of Lake Erie. So close to Point Pelee and other attractions in Leamington and Kingsville. The home is so well appointed we really enjoy our time here. You will not be disappointed.

Wonderful stay

This property is beautiful and was impeccably clean. Very convenient to Leamington and the neighborhood to s very quiet. The back yard is gorgeous and sits right on Lake Erie. The beds were very comfortable and the showers are some of the best I’ve been in. Gabriella was very responsive and kind.

Excellent Cottage

My family met here for a family get together and we enjoyed the comfy vibes and beautiful lake view of Lake Eerie. The home was very clean and the whole process of checking in and out was super easy. We are so grateful for the time we spent here with our family. Definitely will be back ❤️🙏

Relaxing cottage with beautiful lake and sunset views!

We just stayed here with 3 couples for a golf/bike weekend. The cottage was large, clean and had every ammenity. The views of the lake was relaxing. The firepit was inviting. We LOVED staying here and would highly recommend this to anyone! Whether you are a family or a few friends - wonderful place to call home for a few days. This is my second rental with Sunsets by the Bay. I stayed at the Bunkie By the Bay and that did not disappoint either. Gabriella and Kyle are wonderful hosts!! FIVE STAR!!!!!!

We stayed for 2 nights at this wonderful location. We really lucked out with the weather for this time of year. We took advantage of the local sights and wineries and then would return to the house to watch the sunset and have a fire. A very enjoyable experience and our host was very accommodating

Fabulous, impeccably clean house with wonderful personal touches at a perfect location on the water next to the national park.

We are back again at this amazing house, so clean and comfortable. The views from the living room out to Lake Erie past the personal beach firepit area are spectacular including the sunset views. Personal touches in the house and kitchen make the stay feel like home. It is so close to Pelee National Park and local restaurants. A gem of a place and we plan to be back over and over....thanks for another great vacation!

3 nights on the lake

Great place for a family! This stay was sandwiched between 2 hotel stops. The view of the lake and the sunset were awesome! Having separate bedrooms for our family of 4 was a great way to give everyone their own privacy. Kitchen appliances/utensils were fully stocked and linens were great! Thank You!

Great stay!

We came to see the spring birds and explore. The house is very close to Point Pelee Park. Watched a completely unobstructed sunset from the fire pit the first night. Explored local restaurants, made breakfasts at the house. The kitchen had all we needed. House exceptionally clean. Beds were very good. Walks through the park were perfect; found rare migratory birds, were followed by pairs of turkey vultures, climbed the Tip Tower, walked the boardwalk with not a soul in site, found endangered turtles and also the cactus that grows at the 42nd parallel!

An amazing place to create beautiful memories and take in the beauty of nature.

The location is perfect. You can easily spend time making memories without leaving the property, or a quick drive/cycle or short walk to Point Pelee NP and hours/days can go by exploring, or a number of other fun options for families like go karts and parks or adults can golf/wine testing. The cottage is so cozy and well laid out, the view is accessible to all in the cottage, beds and furniture are so comfortable. linens and towels high quality. kitchen well stocked. you won't be disappointed booking here! Gabriella is very responsive and helpful!

Perfect

We decided to go to the lake before that long hard winter .As expected we found the cottage to be comfortabe well kept and spacious.We realy enjoyed the view from the sunroom of the lake.The two big maples were full of yellow leaves when we got their and bare when we left creating a blanket of colour .Gabriella was great to deal with.We look forward to our return in 2024.

Never fails to satisfy

Once again we rented sunsets by the bay and found our stay very enjoyable.we had a bigger crew this time but there was lots of room.The two bathrooms made the week strees free.We had good weather most days and made use of the park.I always look forward to the lakeview and dealing with Gabriella.I will return

Great place, beautiful lakefront cottage!

We stayed for 4 nights and had a great time. We took a few day excursions, once out to point pelee national park (a few minutes away), once out to point pelee island (1.5 hours by ferry) and once out for a tour of a winery. The cottage itself is very well equipped - we were able to make large meals. The washrooms were great - good water pressure.The view from the backyard is beautiful, especially during sunset. We had a fire each night. We left something behind and Gabriela was kind enough to mail it to us. We also requested a later checkout and she was able to accommodate it. Highly recommend this cottage!!

That lead to the first rental, Sunsets by the Bay. After a year of meeting some wonderful people, I purchased my second property. I continue to grow my love for welcoming others into Leamington by managing others lakefront properties.

I love hearing what brings guests into Leamington, and helping them to choose some adventures while they're in town.
