Look no further.... There is no other place you want to be. Relax in the simple serene surroundings of this premium lakefront cottage on the North Shores of Lake Erie. This cottage features upgraded amenities and the charm of a modern interior. The cottage is located on the waterfront, a stones throw from Point Pelee National Park... known for it`s natural beauty and biodiversity. It`s within walking distance to Erie Shores Golf & Country Club

Cancellation Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 30 days before check-in.
All reservations canceled more than 30 days before check-in will receive a full refund. Bookings become non-refundable within 30 days of check-in.

Please make sure to complete these steps before your arrival date.

Our rental agreement ensures that both parties are aware of and agree to the terms of the rental. By signing the agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the rules and guidelines for your stay. This helps to create a smooth and enjoyable experience for all involved.

In addition to the rental agreement, we require a $350 offline security deposit hold. A link will be sent to you.

To make your check-in process easier, we have an online check-in form and ask for a copy of your valid photo ID. This will need to be completed in order for your door access code to be generated.
House Rules: NO EVENTS OR PARTIES PERMITTED
NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED!

Rental Agreement - Guest must sign rental agreement. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your rental. There will be no refunds given if the agreement is not signed.

Security Deposit - A $350 offline Security deposit hold will be required and a link will be sent to you.

The online check-in form must be completed in order for your door code to generate into your guest portal

Check In: after 4 pm
Check Out: 10 am to avoid the $75 late check out fee.

Smoking/Vaping: Smoking of any kind is not permitted in the house. Please smoke outside and dispose of all cigarettes butts appropriately

Shoes: We ask that you do not wear shoes inside the house, as it tracks in a lot of things we prefer stay outdoors.

Bugs- We recommend that you come prepared with appropriate bug repellent, such as bug spray, to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience during your outdoor activities. Bug spray can greatly assist in minimizing any inconvenience caused by insects.

Unannounced guests: We ask that there are no unregistered guests past 10pm.Pre check in form must be submitted- All guests must be registered.

Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linen and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit to towels or linens to be taken from the house. Should you need extra maid service, please contact us to arrange it. Extra maid services would be at an extra cost.

NOISE- GUESTS SHOULD NOT CREATE EXCESSIVE NOISE AT A LEVEL THAT DISTURBS NEIGHBORS. QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10PM-8AM

Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the appropriate bins. We recommend the garbage is taken out daily to avoid unnecessary odors.
Recycle - Please separate plastics and cardboard and place in the correct bin. Do not place in plastic bags. Failure to separate will result in a $75.00 sorting fee.

Parking: Please Park vehicles in designated parking areas only. Please do not park on the grass. Any illegally parked vehicles are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

Appliances & kitchenware: Only use appliances for their intended uses. We have provided kitchenware for our guests; we kindly ask that you load dishwasher and start before leaving. Dish soap and cloths are located under the sink.

Furniture & décor: Please do not move the furniture or decor. This can damage the floors and disturb the atmosphere of the home we have work so hard to create.

Pets: Unfortunately, this property is not suitable for pets of any kind.

Towels: Please leave used towels on the floor in the bathroom.

Water & septic: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the system, you could be charged damages of up to $1000.

Liability: The owners and property manager (PM) are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowner and PM are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other whom the invite to use the premise.

Amazing lake view!!

The home is exactly as it was pictured. It was right on Lake Erie - beautiful views! It was close to shops, but also very quiet. Highly recommend!!

Almost everything was perfect. The one tiny flaw was the outdoor grill was totally out of propane, so we had to broil our salmon rather than grill it. A minor inconvenience, but making certain the grill has propane and is clean would be a useful improvement.

Wow!!

The Phonest was even more impressive than the photos! The house was extremely comfortable, the location was quiet, but close to restaurants, wineries, breweries, and retail. Waking up each morning in the master bedroom with a gorgeous view of the lake was amazing! The house is tastefully decorated with all the necessary amenities. We couldn't have asked for a better place and we would certainly stay at Phonest again, or one of the other rentals offered by Dream BNB Hospitality. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Lovely place. Enjoyed stay.

Everything was as stated. Lovely clean place. Only complaints 1) All of outside furniture and bbq grill covered in bird poop. Noticed area has avian flu warning signs. Should at least have covers on furniture and bbq grill. 2) Lawn grass was tall and unmowed. Allergies went nuts! 3) Fireplace and Dishwasher were not working. Turned out breakers were tripped. Took some doing to figure out. Help was a bit slow. Should test things when place is cleaned and made ready for guests. Otherwise really enjoyed our stay and location was great.

Beautiful cottage

This cottage is just beautiful. The view of the lake is mesmerizing and the beds are very comfortable. Close of all stores and restaurants and just a walk away from the pier. Highly recommend.
