COMPLEJO / COMUNIDAD
Cuando vienes a North Padre Island, quieres estar cerca de la playa y quieres tener mucho que hacer. ¡Eso es justo lo que obtienes con este retiro en la isla! Esta unidad de un dormitorio / un baño, en el segundo piso, está a solo 500 pies de la playa y tiene un bonito sendero de ladrillos directamente hacia la playa. Las comodidades que puede disfrutar aquí son de primera categoría e incluyen una piscina climatizada, una bañera de hidromasaje, gimnasio, sauna, centro de negocios, estanque privado, cenador y más. Las atracciones de la zona, como el nuevo parque acuático Schlitterbahn, están a poca distancia en coche. El Texas State Aquarium y el USS Lexington están a solo 15-20 minutos de distancia y, si desea jugar al golf, también tiene el Palmilla Golf Club de clase mundial a solo 15 minutos. Si prefiere quedarse al aire libre, el Padre Island National Seashore y el Mustang Island State Park están a 15 minutos.

INTERIOR
El condominio en sí ha sido bellamente remodelado con nuevos muebles interiores, salpicaduras de azulejos, pintura fresca y más. Tiene un bonito tema costero y acomoda fácilmente a 4 adultos con una cama king size en el dormitorio principal y un sofá cama queen en la sala de estar. La unidad viene con una red wifi privada, pero también hay wifi disponible en el centro de negocios y el área de la glorieta para uso de los huéspedes. La cocina está bien equipada y hay una lavadora y secadora en la unidad, así como un lugar de estacionamiento reservado para su conveniencia. Mientras disfruta de su café de la mañana o su bebida favorita de la tarde, disfrutará de una hermosa vista de las dunas y el Golfo de México desde su balcón privado.

Nice location on the property near the pool and short walk to beach. The condo was clean and well equipped and maintained. Even had a small view of the ocean from the balcony. We enjoyed our stay there and would rent again.

Great stay!

Short stay but great!! I was able to telework using the wifi. Pool and hot tub were nice. Unit was clean and king bed was very comfortable. Property management was great and check in and out is all without having to go to an office. Wonderful experience.

Very nice beach condo

This was a very nice beach condo for our long weekend getaway. Everything was comfortable and it was located in a quiet, well maintained complex. We would not hesitate to rent here again. The management company was also really on top of things. No complaints!

Close to beach. Cute, clean little condo.

It had everything we needed for condo stay. There were extra supplies there, such as trash bags, dish soap, dishwashing detergent, etc. It is updated and nicely decorated in a lively, but not tacky beach theme. The best part: The bed!! The bed was so comfortable that I over slept almost every day. And the back pain I had been having went away after one night of sleeping in that bed!

Nice place to stay near the beach at Corpus Christi

Stayed in a 2nd floor unit. It was as advertised by photos and description. It was tidy, clean and comfortable, and well-maintained . . . the provided sundry items were a nice touch and much appreciated (I did not have to purchase any more of these for my 4 night stay). I really had everything I needed and only needed to consider what I would eat and drink. It was a great spot to relax in between windsurfing sessions at Worldwinds down in the Padre Island National Seashore (only a 15-20 minute drive away).

The included amenities on site were very much used and enjoyed by us. We absolutely loved the place. Everything we needed was provided. And it is just a few minutes walking distance to the beach. The place is beautiful and felt very comfy, almost new like.And as a heads up, on the day of check in, I had not received any instructions and emailed property. I immediately received a response. Instructions are sent within 1-2 hours of check in time. Definitely recommend! You won't want to leave.

The place was beautiful and clean . It was a rough start in communicating to get more nights . I had to call after escapes. I had called and spoke to Arianna and she took care of my issues. However, I was looking to book on August and called twice in my stay and spoke to Bryson and still haven’t received any emails of condo rentals ? I wanted to book when I was there. Well needless to say I’m back on VRBO looking for myself. Beach club overall the unit I stayed in was absolutely perfect for what we needed it for the week!!.

However, there was a large throw run in the living room that has a bad order to it. Probably from the constant high humidity, sandy wet feet etc. We kept trying to get our kids to stop sitting on the carpet because their clothes would end up smelling like the carpet. The floors could’ve been cleaner. Other than this we had a great Easter Weekend at the beach

King bed was super comfortable.The only thing I would caution about is the sleeper couch - it's got a very thin foam mattress and you feel the metal supports underneath, even as a skinny 150lbs person. So don't expect to have two beds like we did since one of us is a restless sleeper. May be ok for one night but we were there seven nights and ended up using our own air mattress.
