El complejo se encuentra en una posición aislada pero céntrica en North Padre Island, adyacente al nuevo parque acuático Schlitterbahn. Nemo Cay Resort será el lugar de ensueño para las familias que buscan disfrutar del nuevo parque de toda el agua, así como las muchas otras atracciones de la zona, incluyendo hermosas playas, buena pesca, golf, surf y mucho más. INTERIOR
Puede dormir fácilmente 8 en este primer piso, unidad de dos pisos que cuenta con una cama king size, un sofá cama tamaño queen y una litera completa / doble con una cama nido tamaño twin. Realmente disfrutará de los interiores bellamente decorados que incluirán muebles cómodos, encimeras de granito, pisos de madera noble y colores suaves. El plano de planta abierto y aireado tiene una cocina completamente equipada de acero inoxidable, comedor, sala de estar y baño completo en el primer piso. Las dos habitaciones están en el segundo piso y cada una cuenta con su propio baño privado. La lavadora y secadora también se encuentran en el segundo piso.
Esta propiedad está ubicada junto a varias otras administradas por Padre Escapes que pueden reservarse juntas, lo que la hace ideal para grupos grandes o reuniones.

Esta unidad requiere una estancia mínima de 2 noches, se proporcionan toallas de baño para cada huésped y ropa de cama.

Great location on N Padre Idland

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was nicely laid out, incredibly convenient to the Schlitterbahn and nearby beaches. Walls between units are paper-thin, so we heard all the laughter and walking around in the adjoining units. Refrigerator wouldn't close all the way by itself, so we had to keep checking it. Wifi wasn't working, but mgt company helped me with a workaround. Overall, very nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall I found the location great close to beach but still maybe a 5 minute drive depending on what part you want to go to. The construction on the road is what was most problematic to get to the beach but we all know that will be done. Pool was a good size and plenty of people were able to be there at the same time. The size of the Condo was great 3 full baths which was great when you have 8 people staying there. We weren't all on top of each other either. A few complaints, the floors were dirty when we got there. And the amount of fee we get charged for a cleaning I would think that wouldn't have been a problem. (But this is also not a deal breaker) but the beds!!! OMG I understand it's probably expensive to get a condo with beds and dishes and stuff in there. But man where the beds the most uncomfortable things ever. Everyone of is even the kids woke up complaining. I would just recommend the owner invest I'm better mattresses if I had any suggestions

We booked with Padre Escapes when we visit the Island before different locations and have never had an issue so not sure what happened???

Just okay

It didn't take too long after we got there to realize this place was not cared for as well as all the places we've stayed in the past. I thought it was odd that I couldn't find any grilling tools so I called. I was able to speak to somebody, but the best they could do was offer to call back, which they never did. The floor felt sticky and not that clean, there was a spider web under the kitchen counter, no cutting board, only 8 spoons, many things we pulled out of kitchen drawers and cabinets looked dirty. The kitchen faucet is clogged with minerals so the rinse feature is useless. The AC vent in the kids bedroom is really loud (I noticed dampers upstairs are all in shut position for some reason). The door mat outside in the back is falling apart. This all adds up to giving an impression of a property that doesn't get good care. Apparently some Texas regulation requires them to leave nothing in the kitchen. Not salt or pepper, no saran wrap, nothing. I bought a grill brush and left it there so at least future renters will have that! Finally, the listing says this is a new property. To me that means built within the last year, maybe two. That is definitely not the case. This property is not that bad and we still had a good vacation, but not good enough to stay again or recommend. You can easily get more for your money somewhere else.

Great for Family Fun

We enjoyed our stay with our family of 6 consisting of kids ranging from 15 to 1 year old. The community pool was great and the short drive to the beach pleasant. The management team was prompt and responsive which made checking in and out a breeze. I would recommend this rental to friends and family.

My New Favorite Condos in Corpus Christi

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My brother and I stayed in a 2 bedroom condo from Aug 5-8, 2016. His daughter, her husband and 2 kids visited us during the day. The kids(6 & 8) could have spent all day in the pool. The adults loved it too. The unit was perfect for our needs. We were able to easily walk to the strip center behind the resort, and everything else we needed was within a mile. I've rented condos and houses several times a year for over 20 years, and right now, this one is our favorite, mostly due to the pool and playground.

We came to the coast for my father's birthday, so it was great to find a place where my siblings and I could all stay, including the kids. Also, we loved the pool! The check in/out was really easy, and everything was virtually hassle-free. My only disappointment was when a member of the staff emerged from the pool bathroom smoking a cigar, leaving the bathroom filthy and stinking. Very unprofessional, and gross. But, besides that experience, every other member of the staff was great to work with. And, we loved the place!
