Out of state new grandparents

The purpose for our month long stay was to have a place of our own, yer be close to our daughter, son in law and newborn baby. We live 6 hours away. The place was a lovely location. Close proximity to grocery, restaurants, shopping, anything we needed. The complex is immaculate. We enjoyed the balcony and pool was lovely. We look forward to staying again very soon.

Nice clean easy access great stop over

Everything was as described and we would stay again, closet was large enough for our pack and play to give a little sound proof for baby to go to bed earlier than the other kids. Lots of pillows and the “angry goat” on the wall was a favorite of my 3 year old.

Way better than a hotel!

We were in town for a one night stay and this place was perfect for our family. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable! There’s a nice gym and outdoor pool with gas fire pit. Close to Walmart and another grocery store (with a Starbucks and DunkN Donut in the plaza) for those who want to eat in.

Not sure this one is 'Better Than a Hotel in Cookeville'

We stayed here along with my elderly parent for a long weekend. When you reserve this unit be prepared to unload the dishwasher upon arrival and fold the towels which will be located in the dryer. The television includes only streaming services, so you will need to log into your account to access any programming. While trying to shave, by father was unable to plug the drain due to a missing lever. The kitchen was also missing a few basic utensils such as peeler and a toaster. When I phoned the property manager number listed on the instruction sheets, I was told to text a different number not listed on the paperwork. I texted this number several times to make them aware of the issues. Just after, I received a phone call from the original property manager telling me my complaints were rude and that we should leave if they continue and they would work with VRBO to evict our party. I have a full transcript of the text messages and they spoke only to the facts and the request for resolution. In fairness, the management promptly addressed the missing sink lever and offered to have an after-hours company spray the unit for the cockroach seen crawling across the floor. The check-out time is listed at 10AM, and they did graciously allow us a one hour extension to 11AM which better aligned with our flight schedule. Upon check-out we washed all the sheets and emptied the garbage as directed on the instructions. In summary, the ‘Better Than a Hotel Near Cookeville’ may be stretch, especially considering the expensive rate and fees.

Had a great time! Home was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool was very nice and where we spent most of our time.

Perfect Alternative to Hotel

We were wanting a different experience with our stay in Cookeville while attending TN Tech orientation. Needed something close, but not little bigger with more than one bathroom to help with timing. This unit was excellent, convenient and served our purposes perfectly. And, the price was the same as a cramped hotel!!!

Lovely place!

This property exceeded our expectations. My husband and parents shared the apartment while in town for a family wedding and it was just perfect. Great location, beautiful space, very clean and had all the amenities we needed. I especially loved the patio. We sat outside drinking coffee and reading in the mornings which was so nice.

We always stay here when in town to visit family. The kids loved the pool and we grilled dinner one evening. Lots to do nearby as well!

We were in the condo for a week. It was close to everything we wanted to do from sightseeing to hiking to visiting state parks. Coming back to a clean comfortable environment at the end of the day was like coming home. Highly recommend this condo.

We rented this unit for daughters college graduation in Cookeville. My family completely enjoyed our stay in this well maintained, well equipped and impeccably clean home. The beds were extremely comfortable and slept great. Would highly recommend this unit.

Family Thanksgiving

We own a couple of VRBO units in Fayetteville, AR. We have stayed at several VRBO’s at various places. We feel like we know what to look for in a unit. We were very happy with our accommodations in Cookeville. The unit was clean, comfortable and well equipped. With just a few additions were were able to cook and host a full Thanksgiving meal for 5 adults with no problem at all. The beds were very comfortable. The twin bed was a real plus. Closets were spacious. I would not hesitate at all recommending this unit, and would be happy to stay there again the next time we are in Cookeville.

Awesome, Awesome, Awesone

We arrived at the condo, saw the beautiful outdoor pool and were impressed. But nothing could have prepared us for what we saw when we entered the Condo itself. It is absolutely gorgeous! Perfect! So clean, the decor so beautiful, we just stood in the doorway and marveled at what we saw. The beds are quite comfortable, and bathrooms spotless, the pressure in the showers perfect. Anna leaves you with all the untensils you need in the kitchen as well as great appliances. I gave this Condo 5 Stars but really on a scale of 1-10 i'd give it 11+. Thanks again Anna, we will use you again. Awesome, Awesome, Awesome!

500 Dry Valley is a brand new development in the heart of Algood, TN. This is our model unit: spiffy, neat and cozy. The development boasts a walking trail, firepit, pool, lounge area, grill area, workout facility, coffee bar, and outdoor game station. It is in a safe, easily accessible area: on and off interstate in 5-7 minutes.
