The ground floor features a stylish open-plan layout with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, cozy living room with a sofa bed (sleeps two), and a modern bathroom with a washer. Upstairs, you'll find the main bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a second bathroom, and an additional single bed—perfect for a child or extra guest.

Upstairs, you’ll find a serene bedroom with a double bed, its own bathroom and an additional single bed — ideal for small families or groups.

A private balcony with outdoor seating offers a peaceful retreat above the city.

Perfect for both short and long stays, the apartment also includes:

– Air conditioning

– Washing machine

– Baby cot and high chair (upon request)

– Luggage drop-off for early arrivals/late departures

Every detail has been carefully curated to create a relaxing and functional space, whether you’re staying for a few nights or a few weeks. With two full bathrooms, high-speed WiFi, air conditioning, and quality furnishings throughout, the apartment is ideal for families, couples, or groups of up to five guests.

Enjoy a stay where everything is within walking distance—from morning coffee in the alleyways to sunset strolls by the Venetian harbor. This apartment blends unbeatable location with total comfort.

The guests have unconstrained access to the whole property. The entire property plus the amenities are included in the rental cost. The tap water is drinkable and we offer a welcome basket with wine, coffee, jam etc, as a gift to all guests.



There is a free private parking for our guests 5' from the house.

Note that the space is very narrow, and you have to be careful with the car.
