The Space:

Located on the second floor, this welcoming apartment combines comfortable indoor living with generous outdoor space to enjoy the warm Mediterranean climate.



When entering the apartment, you will find the first bathroom on the left and the first bedroom on the right. The hallway opens into a bright living area with a comfortable sofa and Smart TV creating a cozy space to relax after a day at the beach or exploring the region.



The open-plan kitchen connects directly to the living room and is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. A small breakfast bar with four stools makes it easy to enjoy morning coffee or casual meals together. The second bedroom features its own en-suite bathroom and offers views towards the balcony area.



From the living room you can access the west-facing terrace, where you will find a dining table and a chill-out area. It’s a great spot to enjoy outdoor meals, afternoon sun, or relaxed evenings with views of the surrounding area.



A spiral staircase leads from the terrace to the highlight of the apartment: the private rooftop terrace. This spacious rooftop is fully furnished to make the most of the Costa del Sol lifestyle, with an additional chill-out lounge, outdoor dining table, BBQ, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower. There is also a small fitness area with a yoga mat, weights, and resistance bands for guests who enjoy staying active during their stay.



The rooftop offers a peaceful space to relax, enjoy the sun, or share meals outdoors while taking in the open views.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the private terrace and rooftop area. The apartment is located within a residential complex with communal areas, parking and swimming pool.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in Hacienda de Casares, next to Doña Julia Golf, a peaceful residential area on the Costa del Sol known for its excellent golf options and relaxed atmosphere.



Golf lovers will find themselves surrounded by some of the best courses in the region. Doña Julia Golf is just moments away and offers beautiful fairways with sea views. Nearby you will also find Casares Costa Golf, a pleasant course ideal for players of all levels. Within a short drive you can reach several well-known courses including Estepona Golf, Finca Cortesín Golf Club, and Valle Romano Golf, making this location a great base for a golf holiday.



Beyond golf, the apartment is also conveniently located close to the coast. The beaches of Casares Costa are only a few minutes away by car, while the charming town of Estepona with its restaurants, marina, and old town can be reached in about 10 minutes. The area offers a great balance between quiet residential surroundings and easy access to the best of the Costa del Sol.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended to explore the area comfortably. Parking is available in the building, and the property has easy access to the A-7 coastal road connecting Casares, Estepona, and Sotogrande. Gibraltar Airport is approximately 35 minutes away and Málaga Airport can be reached in around one hour.

Pools have very different opening times, please inquire before the booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a little starter package to help you settle in, but feel free to stock up on anything you need during your stay!

The cleaning fee includes one set of bed linen and towels per person.
