My Wife checked in before I got there and unknowingly paid $154. I told her I already paid. Why was she charged? The person at the front desk said my wife would be refunded but we are still waiting on this. Not Cool you charged her.

Do not book here! My reservation was cancellled when we tried to check in and I have not been able to get a refund. I have been on phone with VRBO, Expedia and emailed the company that operates this property.

We ariver at 11:30pm after a 6 hour drive. In the lobby had a sign that read "We are fully booked. All revervations are cancelled." We found out from someone staying there that no one had even been at the front desk in 2 days. Everything was sold out in the area and we had to drive 40 minutes away to find another room. I was on the phone with Expedia/VRBO to get my money back for an hour and 45 minutes just to be told by a "supervisor" that they couldn't refund my money and the best option was to issue a charge back with my credit card company. This hotel is terrible and Expedia/VRBO's customer service is arguably worse.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! This property rating is being inflated and cannot possibly be as high as it is listed. Also, this hotel is obviously used as long term living for perhaps an unhoused population. Upon arrival, there were lots of people outside smoking at the entrance and no parking was available at the front to be able to run in and check in. There was also a large tarp set up outside with many people hanging out. I had to park in the back of the hotel and walk around to the front in a barely lit parking lot. My gut instinct was, this seems odd, I don’t really feel safe here. Once inside, there was no one behind the reservation desk, surrounded in plexiglass. There was a sign on the glass that read “We are completely full. No rooms available.” I was then told by a large crowd of people in pajamas that they sell out by 3 o’clock pm. I told them that I had already paid online and my room was reserved. They told me my room was given away and they were completely full. They didn’t have my room. As they were speaking, they had formed a line that blocked me from going any further into the hotel. As I was leaving I heard someone say, “Yah, that’s how you do it!” I left and checked into another hotel. I am still waiting on my refund from Orbitz/VRBO (apparently they are the same company)? But save yourself the trouble and a scary situation, DO NOT STAY HERE!

Do not book here. On arrival, cops were there. Most people there are long term rentals. Hotel is dirty, workers are all unorganized and we were warned before even entering our room that the management steals money are belongings on a regular. So, we didn’t even stay. Now to watch my credit card for reimbursements and hopefully no fraudulent charges. The place is NOT safe.

Hervorragender Kundenservice von Kenny und der Managerin Angelina. Ich hatte Probleme mit Reservierungen über ein externes Buchungsunternehmen. Das Hotelpersonal war bei der Klärung der Reservierungen hilfsbereiter als das externe Unternehmen. Sauberes Zimmer, ruhige Flure, rundum toller Service.

Sie war stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und leitete das Extended America in Rochester mit Effizienz und höchster Professionalität. Ich kann Extended America jedem, der in der Gegend von Rochester übernachtet, wärmstens empfehlen.

Dieser Ort bietet keinerlei Annehmlichkeiten, nicht einmal Plastikbesteck oder Geschirr. Alles Notwendige muss an der Rezeption besorgt werden. Die Möbel sind abgenutzt und alt. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal schien nett zu sein. Es ist jedoch kein angenehmes Erlebnis, es sei denn, man kommt gerade aus einer Anstalt.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und komfortabel, sehr sauber, das Bett (Queen-Size) war sehr bequem. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Handtuchstange im Badezimmer war verrostet. Das Hotel ist renovierungsbedürftig. In anderen Bewertungen wurde Zigarettengeruch bemängelt, davon war bei unserer Ankunft jedoch nichts zu spüren. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und waren mit der Übernachtung zufrieden.
