A beautiful and cozy 1 bedroom condo located in a peaceful and serene neighborhood. The condo is freshly painted, with brand new appliances. Within minutes from downtown, there is ample amenities in reach. UR, and strong hospital is minutes away. The Blue cross arena is within walking distance. There is a beautiful park close to the condo. There are also great choices of restaurants just a few minutes away: Dinosaurs BBQ (Southern-style meats), to mention a few. Calm and peaceful neighborhood; there is a park and a trail within walking distance, as well as close to the waters. Plenty of cafe's and restaurants in the area. Close-by to the RIT, Strong, UofR, and the Strong medical center. Tesla drivers/lovers have EV charging station in the garage for convenience. Exercise equipment available for your convenience. Our updated bathrooms on the upper level with additional half bathroom/powder room on the 1st floor provides added convenience. We provide full kitchen that is well stocked with spices, pots, pans, kettle, blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and waffle maker, to mention a few! Wake up to a home made waffle with a cup of coffee, while enjoying hi-speed internet for your streaming needs on a 70 inch TV. The futon sofa opens up to a twin size comfy bed for additional guest, making it easy to accommodate an additional family member/friend. You are at 100 feet to the Famous annual Cornhill Festival with attached parking garage for your convenience!

Safe parking in private garage on lower level, access via alley Upstairs bedroom is open to room below. The small quiet fan at bedside was a plus for me. The small galley kitchen was perfect for one person.

Great location

Centrally located apt. made it easy to travel around Rochester area. We slept well and felt safe and secure with garage access in a quiet neighborhood.

Excellent experience in every way

The condo was exactly as described; very nice neighborhood, neat & modern unit, well-supplied with clean, new appliances (including coffeemaker, a variety of coffee pods, well-stocked cabinets with glasses, plates, cutlery, etc., even snacks on the kitchen table!). Very easy communication with the property owner, who quickly answered any questions that I had.

Cozy and Unique

I had never been in this neighborhood before. It’s an extremely cute area. The garage parking access was a huge perk. The condo gives a modern feel, with a style of NYC condos. It was easy to get to and check in. The bed was very comfortable and having two bathrooms was perfect. The kitchen is a little small, but we didn’t cook anything, so it wasn’t a big deal for us. It would be a very interesting place to live as a single person or a couple with no kids.

Quiet, clean and comfortable. Parking was a challenge, was supposed to have on street parking, but it required a permit. There was garage access but you must drive around the block to get to it and a door opener was not available. No internet, cable or hot water in the ktichen which made dishwashing difficult. Also, the reservation disappeared from the system the day before areival so accessing the checkout information was difficult wasnproblemaric. door opene

First, they accused us of stealing a raggedy blanket and tried to overcharge us for it. Then, we discovered that all parking is on the main street because the garage is laughably small, only suitable for clown cars. The place itself is tiny and cramped. After spending two days there, we found bugs, dirt, and dust on much of the clutter on the chairs and shelves. Despite the limited living space (500 sq ft downstairs and 400 sq ft in the loft/bedroom), it's crammed with furniture and even an exercise bike—who needs an exercise bike in such a small space? There’s no WiFi, and no TV platforms are provided. To make matters worse, we brought our 17-year-old deaf son, and they immediately accused us of having unapproved guests, even though their profile states that children 0-17 are allowed. We were dropping him off at RIT, and they spied on us using their Ring camera. After disputing the false blanket charge, the accusation of extra guests, the filth, the limited street parking in a sketchy area, and the constant surveillance, they posted pictures of us from their Ring camera or another camera on the property! I strongly recommend NOT staying here—it’s a nightmare experience. P.S. After our stay, I found more people online who had similar terrible experiences. The limited reviews show that no one wants to leave a positive review.
