Great spot in Rochester. The host had a binder with all pertinent information. The rooms are vary spacious.

Great location, close to Highland Park, Mt Hope Cemetary, and College Town. Easy to get anywhere in the city. Host was responsive to questions. Can't really use back yard as it's quite uneven and no yard furniture, but watching the squirrels from the side porch was great fun.

Perfect stay

The property was as beautiful, convenient, clean, well-decorated and accessible as advertised. The location was perfect for walking around the neighborhood, to Highland Park, Mount Hope Cemetery and the U of R medical campus. We loved our stay here.

Great location to commute to the university at a fraction of the hotel price. Very responsive host. The home is very clean and incredibly spacious. Parking is available if you move around by car.

The house is fresh, neat and tidy. Quiet neighborhood with easy access and easy check in and out. John our host is very responsive to our requests. Excellent choice and would stay here again.

Great stay

Loved the location. It was exactly as shown and we encountered no issues. Our only wish was for more (or more convenient) outlets for our devices. But that is completely expected for the year of the house. We would stay again for sure!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owner was so accommodating. The house was excellent and it had everything we needed. Location is great close to the Canal and River bike trails. Hopefully we can be back soon.

Great stay!

Our family had a great stay! Me and my husband, our three year old, and my one year old stayed here to celebrate our son's 3rd birthday! The location was great! The Strong Museum of Play was only about ten minutes away (which is great for nap jail purposes) and Highland Park and Mt. Hope cemetery was all within walking distance for a beautiful view and fresh air! The apartment was very clean had everything that we needed and then some - our hosts were very thoughtful in that regard! Our toddlers did great and it was very safe for them! It was also very fresh and well decorated - we very much enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

What a lovely city and home and location

We had a great visit in Rochester, made even better by this lovely, immaculate home in a quiet residential neighborhood. Contact with owner before during and after was great, timely and easy. Off street parking was much appreciated. We didn't hear a peep from the upstairs tenant. Hopefully they didn't hear us, either! Notebook with instructions, directions to store, pharmacy, etc was great; clear entrance and exit procedures. We were there for 7 nights and would happily return. Thanks for having us!

Good proximity to the University of Rochester. Spacious rooms and nice updated look to the interior and still has old house charm (stained glass window, ornate vent covers) All cups and plates and food prep bowls are plastic, which I don't like and limits using the microwave. Some signs of neglect to the property make me feel like I have to be doing chores. top step to the door is fully detached and pulling up at one end. Windows not cleaned for over a year, filthy to look out and dusty to touch, solid layer of dirt in the sill. Yard is not tended to and desperate for some level of maintenance. wood chips and the under tarp fabric are into the driveway the tarp being a trip hazard when walking to the side door that we were told to use. None of this is difficult fix and had they been done would have been a 5 star.
