The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin room serviced by a family bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC. Outside is off-road parking for one car, a private patio, communal lawns. Perfect for a family holiday or a romantic retreat, West Cottage is a lovely holiday apartment in a beautiful part of the country. The property benefits from shared use of the on-site indoor swimming pool between the hours of 9am-5pm all year round. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. The Neighborhood:

Rillington is a small village and civil parish located on the A64 road in North Yorkshire, with easy links to the historical city of York and the bustling coastal town of Scarborough. Rillington was mentioned in the 1086 Domesday Survey and is now home to a Post Office, two pubs, The Coach and Horses and The Fleece, and a church. The rural community was developed many years ago due to the presence of fertile soil and the village is still home to an active farming community. Nearby attractions include the Scampton Walled Garden, a contemporary garden open for visitors throughout the year, and the Wolds Way Lavender, a lavender farm and visitor centre. Further afield into the city of York, you can discover the incredible York Minster and grand city walls. Heading towards the coast, the seaside towns of Filey and Scarborough offer a good selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés, as well as gorgeous promenades, water sports and golden sandy beaches.
