This is a 4 bedroom detached house on a quiet street in South Reading. Cleaned by professionals before every stay. Fresh linen, fresh towels, and it smells clean because it is.

4 double bedrooms. 10 beds. Sleeps 9.

Every room has a zip link bed we set up as a super king or two singles, and there is a sofa bed in the living room. Real beds for a full crew or three generations. No airbeds.

With 2.5 bathrooms, nobody waits. Not for a 6am site start, not for kids getting ready for the day.

Oven, cooker, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, blender, coffee maker, the lot.

Cook for the working week and save your per diem, or put on a Sunday roast for the whole family. The dining table sits everyone, so you actually eat together.

🛏 Beds and extras

Rooms come as super king doubles. Need singles instead? We split a room into two for £15.75, which covers the swap and fresh linen and towels for each bed.

Travel cot, high chair, and kids' books and toys are here if you need them, free of charge.

Just give us 48 hours notice for bed changes or any of the above.

✅ Before check in

Two quick things online: a photo ID check and a signed rental agreement. A couple of minutes, and it keeps everyone protected.

📹 Security

🎥 Ring doorbell at the front door only, facing out. No indoor cameras.
🔇 A Minut monitor that reads noise levels only. No audio, no recording.
🔥 Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.
