St Swithuns Abode is a fabulous property where luxury meets convenience in the heart of Bournemouth town centre. With off road parking for one car, guests can easily come and go as they please without the hassle of searching for a parking space. Entrance to the property is through the communal front door and then into the hallway of the apartment.

The hallway features sleek wooden flooring and a neutral colour palette, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. A large full-length mirror enhances the sense of space, while doors lead seamlessly to the various areas of the apartment.

This recently installed, clean and modern space boasts a spacious double walk-in shower, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Bournemouth town centre and beaches. Sleek grey subway tiles and spotlights in the ceiling create a contemporary feel, while the laminate flooring and tasteful artwork add a touch of elegance.
