¡Este hermoso condominio con vista al lago en Laketown Wharf en el tercer piso amueblado / remodelado! Todos los colchones nuevos y una cama Queen en la sala de estar, lavadora / secadora nuevas en la unidad.
Master tiene una cama king size con armario completo y baño completo. Área de literas gemelas tiene su propio segundo baño completo. ¡El área de estar está abierta y tiene un nuevo sofá cama Queen! 2 televisores, 100mbs de Internet y cable con canales premium incluidos.
La cocina tiene todos los elementos básicos necesarios, como microondas, estufa, lavavajillas, horno, cafetera, licuadora, platos, tazas, utensilios, etc. para acomodar a 6 personas. La mesa del comedor está preparada para 4 personas más una gran área de isla / bar con 3 sillas.
Un gran balcón con vista al lago donde puedes ver un espectáculo nocturno de fuente de luz exclusivo para el LTW. El complejo en sí solo tiene 10 años, ¡un hallazgo raro en la zona!
Solo unos 190 pasos hacia la playa desde el edificio, cerca del elevador o un corto paseo por las escaleras. Todos los servicios del complejo están incluidos en el alquiler: gimnasio de 2 pisos, 5 piscinas, estacionamiento, etc. SIN tarifas adicionales. NO esperar en el check-in. Carros de guardarropa / bolsa (s) disponibles para su uso en el mostrador de seguridad. Excelentes restaurantes en el lugar, como Wharf con todo lo que pueda comer mariscos y filetes, pollo Lorrie Morgan o Juan Taco, ¡absolutamente delicioso!

Two for One: Owner and Unit Amazing!

The owner Karen is amazing, she is very accommodating, responds super fast to your text. The unit was amazing, you will not go wrong staying here. Place was big and spacious, 5 min walk to the beach, and five pools. The clean up was very easy and our group had the best time since going on group vacations. You will not find a better tenet, place, and beach access with amazing five pools any where else. We will be back for sure!

Wonderful and Exciting Vacation Stay

This property was very enjoyable to stay in. The accommodations were fantastic. Communication with the property owner was very pleasant as well. I will book through VRBO again as it has been a wonderful experience!

Great host and condo! You never have to leave The Warf but have Pineapple Willie's and Waffle House within walking distance if you want other options. Definitely worth a walk across the street.

Clean, Modern and Accommodating

The location was grand, right across from the beach and only a couple of stories up in the high rise with a lovely view of the lagoon, pool and light show. At least four pools at various places in the building....the 10th floor rooftop one had a lovely huge hot tub the size of a pool. A two story fitness facility with large window was also very nice. The owners were very accommodating with all our questions....the condo was very clean, modern and well stocked with basic everyday needs. Fortunately the area around Panama City Beach that was devastated by last year's storm is being put back in top notch condition or better at a very speedy rate. Our condo building as well as most in the immediate area suffered no damage at all. We would certainly recommend this particular unit to anyone who wants to experience Panama City Beach.

Wonderful condo and great owners.

Our family celebrated my son's high school graduation last week. The condo was fabulous, well stocked, and clean. The owners were very helpful in making sure our vacation was perfect. Having the beach chairs and towels available was a plus. The beach "stroller" was extremely useful. Our family will definitely be booking this condo again.

Amazing condo! We will be back!

We just left from our stay at Laketown Wharf and could not be happier! The resort is beautiful and nice. The owners checked in on us and were always easy to reach if needed! The condo was clean and welcoming. Laketown wharf is beautiful and quiet our daughter LOVED the kiddie pool! We are already talking about coming back next year!

Very near to popular restaurants, shopping, beach and lagoon. The condo was clean, comfortable with nice onsite amenities. What truly makes this a 5 star property is the dedicated customer service provided by the owner. They really want you to enjoy your stay!
