"Casa Agnethe" is a two-level townhouse of 108 square meters, situated in the lovely Wyndham Resort complex. The house is fully renovated as late as February 2025 and has 4 bedrooms and 2,5 baths. A private parking spot on the premise is provided. The swimming pool area is located a few meters behind the house. The house has a nice private terrace, dining area, and sunbeds. AC/heater is installed in the bedrooms and living room. The house has free WiFi and TVs in the livingroom and masterbed.

The Costa del Sol and the area of Wyndham Resort are the perfect combinations for holidays in Spain. Located in Mijas Costa, on the south coast of Spain, this beautiful townhouse bathes in the sunshine for more than 300 days a year and provides guests with all the amenities and facilities they could imagine. In the area, there are several swimming pools (one of them heated all year), restaurants, tennis courts, a playroom, a playground, and even a little grocery shop and more. If this is not enough you are only minutes away from shopping centers, beaches, and everything you could ask for.

The neighborhood is part of a larger complex named Club La Costa World. The area consists of Townhouses, apartments and hotel rooms. In this specific area though the neighborhood is cozy with several similar houses. The restaurant and grocery store are only 100 meters away.

It is very easy to get around in the area. From the airport, in Malaga, it will take you approximately 20 minutes with car/taxi to the house. Alternatively, one can ride the train or bus to get to Fuengirola. Although it is walking distance to the house from Fuengirola, we recommend a taxi if you have luggage. There is a free bus that will take you around the area. Other than this there are only 400 meters walking distance to the beach. From the main road, one can ride the bus either direction towards La Cala and Marbella or the other war towards Fuengirola and Malaga.
