I never leave a review, but this one is worthy. Not just beach front, this house is better than you expect, better than advertised. The attention to detail, organization, and quality of everything far exceed your typical rental property. The beds/bedding and linens are nice, the furniture is quality and not worn, the kitchen is well stocked in every sense (including cleaning supplies and spices), the appliances and TVs are high end, there is plentiful patio furniture this is comfortable. It is tastefully decorated. To put it simply, this is how you would want your beach house to be, not just a rental.

Our second stay at this property and we love it! Hosts are friendly and very quick to respond to questions. Check-in is smooth, the house is beautiful! Everything, both inside and outside, is clean. So many extras to make the stay pleasant and convenient. Our go to property for this area!

We had an excellent stay! Sheila was a fantastic host. Any questions I had, she responded to immediately. The house was immaculate and the pictures don’t do it justice..it is honestly breath taking with amazing views! We had a WONDERFUL experience and will definitely be back!

Relaxing vacation

Had a wonderful time with our family. The house was very clean and had a beautiful view. Enjoyed our time on the beach and visiting near by towns and state parks.

It was Everything we wanted and hoped for

The owners thought of everything when stocking the home from the Kitchen to the Bathrooms, Access to the Beach was easy and convenient to get to. House is well maintained and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at Sweet Shell-Ter was nothing short of amazing!! It made our vacation just perfect. Sheila is so sweet and caring. She makes sure you're happy and comfy. I've been fortunate in my interactions with VRBO hosts, but Shelia went absolutely above and beyond. I was in awe from our first interaction, to our stay, and to our last day. She's amazing.Straight away, you can see how much focus is put into cleanliness. That was huge for us and honestly, I've never seen such a clean rental. It literally feels like we were the first people to stay. The open concept living room and kitchen area on the third floor is pretty cool also, and it's super helpful to have elevator access to each floor when needed. The views are just beautiful from all windows. I couldn't wait to wake up each morning and lift the blinds to see the beach. I was also amazed by how well stocked the house was. You went without needing anything. We couldn't believe all the amenities offered.I ended up forgetting my sand drill bit to place my umbrella, but found a play shovel to use. I also ended up needing to use one of the provided umbrellas because the strong winds were so strong one day and mine didn't fare well. I didn't feel like fighting with it anymore because.... vacation. There were also umbrella augers and beach chairs, plus much more available.I'm sure there are praises I'm missing, but overall, we loved it and are so happy for the chance to stay! I would love to come back to this beach gem.

Wonderful stay!!! 15/10!

I can’t say enough good things about this property! Beautiful house, great location, lots of outdoor sitting space, everything is clean and comfortable, plenty of room, so many offered extras and amenities, hosts are friendly and helpful and were quick to respond to questions. I would give it more than five stars if I could!

Beautiful Home and Beaches

This was our second trip to Sweet Shell-Ter, the house is BEAUTIFUL and beaches are amazing. Having beach chairs and umbrellas available makes it so convenient. We look forward to returning next year!

Magnificant!!!

The accomodations were perfect in every way! This house had plenty of room to sprawl out and the views from every level were perfect! Would love to have been able to stay longer, but we will definitely be back!

Beautiful beach front view!

We had a wonderful week on the beach! The views from the balcony were incredible! The beach was quiet, Sheila was helpful and attentive when needed. She recommended golf cart companies and we rented a cart for the week. Spending the evening cruising the beach at sunset was a highlight for sure.

Indian Pass

We loved our visit to this property and this area of Florida. The home is very well maintained and exactly as advertised. The view is beautiful on a very quiet beach. Sheila was great to work with.

Piece of Heaven

Beautiful property that is very well equipped and CLEAN! Magnificent view of ocean in a quiet non-commercialized area. Family friendly with plenty of time to relax or go exploring. Highly recommended this beautiful property!

Wonderful house!

Stayed here for a family vacation. The house has literally everything you could need! Beautiful location and very relaxed, quiet atmosphere! We saw eagles almost daily. Will definitely return!

Amazing place on beach

This home was truly amazing. It was exactly what we wanted and more. Beautiful place. Incredibly welcoming and spacious not to mention it had EVERYTHING you need for the beach and then some. So grateful to have found this place, we will definitely be going back and referring friends!
