Tenuta Romance is an enchanting luxury residence with swimming pool and sea view trullo, in a privileged location in the countryside of Carovigno, Puglia.
Brand new and chic, the villa is equipped with every modern accessory that allows you to enjoy relaxing vacations, both outdoors and indoors.
There are: air conditioning and heating, wi-fi internet, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, TV, kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, etc. A crib is available upon request.
The garden with swimming pool, solarium and outdoor shower also has parking inside the property, accessible by automatic gate.
Tenuta Romance offers up to 10 beds. Pets allowed.

Majestic, framed by dry-stone walls and in a prime location, with panoramic views of the green olive trees gradually slipping into the blue of the nearby sea: you can`t ask for more for a vacation in Puglia.
Tenuta Romance is an extraordinary dwelling, with large outdoor spaces dedicated to wellness and relaxation. The pool area is one of them: with a sea view and a solarium whose comfortable sunbeds are slightly subdued, pampered by the sound of the waterfall generated by the "infinity pool."
Next to the pool are refined outdoor armchairs placed around two braziers: a small oasis of quiet, ideal for chatting in the evening under the starry Apulian sky.
The large veranda is furnished for outdoor dining, swinging on a hammock in the cooler, resting on the outdoor lounge. There is, in addition, an outdoor shower nestled in the greenery and a bathroom serving the outdoors, complete with all amenities.
Through large windows that act as a trait d`union, you enter the interior of the villa, under the mighty vaults made according to the ancient techniques of construction "star" and on the resin floor in shades reminiscent of the red earth of Salento.
The interior rooms of Tenuta Romance are airy, elegantly furnished and well finished. The living area is an open space that sees on one side the living room with corner sofa, fireplace and TV, in the middle the dining room and on the other side the kitchen with island.
The sleeping area is distributed in 3 areas, which ensure maximum privacy even for any groups of families or couples of friends.
In the left wing of the villa there are 2 double bedrooms with king size bed and en suite shower room.
The right wing consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with beds that can be joined if necessary. Both rooms are complete with en suite shower rooms.
Finally, there`s a little gem: the newly built but old-fashioned charm trullo annex located by the pool, which houses a double bedroom and private shower room.
The surroundings of Tenuta Romance in Carovigno
Tenuta Romance stands in a privileged position, on slight elevation, in the countryside of Carovigno, near the Sanctuary of Maria Santissima del Belvedere, among the ancient olive groves that slope gently toward the Adriatic coast, with fabulous beaches and crystal clear sea.
The WWF-protected Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve can be reached in just 10 minutes by car, as can the beaches of the award-winning Marina di Ostuni.
The center of Carovigno is less than 3 km from the villa. It offers, in addition to all the main services, a beautiful historic center worth discovering, located at the foot of the Dentice Castle of the Princes of Frasso.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 150 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
