Villa Lavande is a typical stone single-storey villa beautifully modernised and decorated to have a chic and comfortable feeling. Designed with families in mind, offering space, comfort and breathtaking views over the Côte d'Azur to the Mediterranean Sea.



It is a fully air-conditioned holiday home with a spacious living and dining room with large French doors leading out to the garden terrace with an outdoor living area shaded by trees with sofas and chairs, perfect for an evening apéro while watching the sunset across the Riviera. A modern, fully-equipped kitchen has large patio doors leading out to a covered al-fresco dining terrace, perfect for meals outside while keeping cool on the hotter summer days.



There are 4 bedrooms - Bedroom 1 is located in its own private area of the villa with an ensuite shower room and direct access to the garden with a table and chairs, ideal for a quiet cafe. Three further bedrooms are located in a separate wing, two bedrooms have direct access through large patio doors out to the garden with views over the Riviera. The third bedroom overlooks the pool. The three bedrooms share two bathrooms - a full bathroom and a full separate shower room. All the beds have high quality hotel standard mattresses to ensure guests have a restful stay - there is also an extra bed that can be set-up in one of the bedrooms for a child, allowing 9 guests to stay - a perfect set-up for children, parents and grandparents.



The flat garden is ideal for children with a designated play area with slide, swing and a trampoline. Families will love the pool area which has a 'beach' - a large shallow area in the pool, ideal for playing with young children and babies or just stretching out and reading a book. To one side of the pool is the very chic fully-equipped outdoor kitchen and dining area, perfect for summer lunches and an additional outdoor alfresco dining table, with fairy lighting, for long summer evenings. The lavender scented garden is quiet and not overlooked. Parking for two cars in a car port with a free fast electric charger plus parking for a third car.



Just 5 minutes from the vibrant market town of Vence and 30 minutes from Nice Airport, this villa is a stress-free holiday retreat where everyone can relax and enjoy time together.
